If the wound you're bleeding out from is on a limb like an arm or a leg, tie something above the wound, closest to the heart, tightly to stop more blood from flowing towards it. If its somewhere like the abdomen, apply pressure to it with a heavy cloth to stop the bleeding long enough to get proper help.

One would think that since I've been working on this business ever since I'm 8 I would already know how to stop myself from bleeding when I'm kinda pouring out Lucifer knows how much blood

What is your recommendation for a headache that refuses to go away? Even if the headache is probably do to some meta human tampering with your brain Definitely asking for a friend

Drink some water and make sure to get plenty of rest. If the headache continues for too long, go to a doctor, in person, to get it checked out.
