He suddently became very shy and blushes whenever yoiu smiled at him or making eye contact for too long but tries to hide it by turning his head the other way.

Tries to find an excuse to hold your hand or hold you in his arms.

Always be by your side or around ypu because as he says "I want to make sure that you're safe."

Comforts you when yoir feeling down os sad by saying that you'r ethe most important person to him and that he hates seeing you sad or even worse cry.

Venti

He acts even sillier than usual like always laughing really loudly at your jokes (even tho they weren't that funny). Tries to make you laugh by saying stupid jokes or making funny faces.

Holds your hand every chance he gets or hug you.

Kissing you on the cheek and one time on the lips accidentaly because he was really drunk.

Plays with your hair or sometimes brades them because as he says "They are so soft and shinny and I love the feeling on them under my fingers".

Showers you with gifts every chance he gets. (He mostly gives you your favorite flower or dandelions.)

Kaeya

Flirts with you a lot more than he did previously.

Tries to have his hand wrapped around your waist at all times.

Always being around you "to keep an eye on you" as he states but in reality he wants to make sure that you don't have someone else in your life that he isn't aware of.

Invites you to hang out with him on his office when he has work to do or to drink wine with him at the tavern.

Always smiles when he looks at you or blushes slightly when the two of you are too close.

Like Venti, giving you flowers and especialy roses.

Tries to hang out with you as much as he can (even tho he is busy at the tavern).

Invites you to drink with him at the tavern with him but you end staying for too long and helping him clean the tavern before closing.

Having long deep conversations with you because he thinks that you're really smart and know a lot of interesting things.

Asking you a lot of questions about yourself because he wants to get to know you better.

Asks about your day and comforts you whenever you tell him that your day wasn't that great.

Getting jealous when he sees someone else flirting with you at the tavern but tries really hard to hide it and not to throw that person out.

Thoma

When the both of you has free time, invites you to the teahouse to eat or just hang out.

Goes for walks with you at the forest while holding your hand because "you can easily trip and fall if I don't hold you" was the thing he always said when you asked him about it.

Tries to make you laugh by saying lame jokes and laughing loudly.

Makes you lay on his lap when the two of you stargazing.

Asks Yoimiya to make a firework for the two of you and blushes when he sees how happy you look as your eyes sparkle with the colors of the firework lighting the dark sky.

Tartaglia

Being close and I mean really close to your face when you're talking.

Compliments you a lot and I mean a lot.

Cups your face with his hands and makes you look at him, just to see the red color that will appear on your cheeks.

Holds you by the hand and glares at everyone that tries to flirt with you.

Taking you on little dates or walks around the city while his hand is resting on your lower back.

Comes to your house everynight through the window just to spend time with you (sometimes he ends up sleeping in your house because it was late and you didn't want him to walk around at this hour).

Tries to play it cool when the two of you are close but ends up blushing and stattering his words.

Walks with you on his back whenever you're too tired to walk or sometimes he insistes to take you on his back just to have an excuse to touch you.

Makes crowns of flowers and puts them in your hair just to see that bright smile that he loves so much appearing on your face.

Itto

He is really bad at hidding his emotions.

Like everytime he sees you, his face becomes bright red and he forgets how to speak.

Tries to hold your hand but because he is so nervous, his palms becomes sweaty and he feels really embarrashed by it so he ends up letting go of you.

Asks his friends for tips of how to act around you and how he can show you his love and affection but what his friends told him made him even more nervous so he decided to just leave it be.

Glares at anyone that tries to get close to you and barks at the persons that gets too comfortable with you.

Chongyun

Gets really nervous when the two of you are alone or close to each other (it took him long enough to understand why).

Gives you popsicle and blushes whenever your fingers accidentally touch.

Gets insecure whenever he sees you talking to someone else because he thinks that you're gonna love someone else rather than him.

Tries to hold your hand but when he does, he thinks that he's moving too fast and makes you uncomfortable so he lets go of you.

Always being by your side to protect you from evil spirits because as he says you're too important to him and he can't loose you (he blushes like crazy as he says that).

Zhongli

Invites you to tea parties and makes this long deep conversations with you that he so much loves because it shows how well educated you are.

Rests his arm on your lower back gently, as the two of you walk around the city of Liyue.

Kisses your hand gently and compliments you.

Calls you "dear" or "darling" everytime he talks to you. He never use your name.

Gives you roses and tells you that you'reas beautiful as those flowers.

Takes you in his arms and makes you sleep on him while he mumbles a lolaby for you.

Getting Flustered

Summary:

Oh, how much paper you wasted scribbling down cheesy pick-up lines that would, at the very most, bring you a laugh and a smug look.

“How sweet of you, my darling, but did you really think that would work on a bard?”

Infuriating, that was the simplest way to put it, but maybe not entirely accurate. The way Venti had you completely flustered with just his words both amused you and drove you up the wall at the same time. The feeling of your heart fluttering and being the focus of all of his attention brought you a sense of comfort and joy, sure, but the fact that it was so damn easy for him to make you weak in the knees like that just really pushed you over the line.

Even worse was it when Venti wasn’t just relying on prose alone to stir up such emotions in you. When he pulled you close to his side and whispered sweet declarations of his love for you in your ear, bystanders could easily have mistaken him for having said something sinful to you considering your reaction. But alas, it was simply the way he held onto you as if you were the most precious thing in the world, and the weight behind those words that you knew he had hesitated to say for so long that took a hold of your heart and refused to let go. Even when you tried to bury your face in your hands to take a step back from the situation, Venti would just gently tilt your chin so that he could see your wonderful expression. It would always incite a chuckle in him, before he kissed you softly.

You spent days and nights cultivating ideas as to how you could possibly reverse the established roles. Oh, how much paper you wasted scribbling down cheesy pick-up lines that would, at the very most, bring you a laugh and a smug look.

“How sweet of you, my darling, but did you really think that would work on a bard?”

Little did he know, that statement had revealed to you the answer to your conundrum.

You had to quit trying to beat him at his own game, and start playing into your own strengths instead.

One afternoon while the two of you were on a stroll through Starfell Valley, you decided to put your plan into action. While Venti was going on about a particularly hectic evening at the tavern, you trailed a pace or two behind him while snatching up wildflowers as you walked. By the time you decided you had collected enough, you had already reached the small cliff top overlooking all of the valley. And lucky for you, Venti had finished up his story and had yet again directed his attention back to you just in time to see you standing there with an armful of flowers and a grin of pure joy on your face. You skipped over to a patch of grass and gestured for Venti to come sit down with you. Thoroughly bemused, he obliged. The moment he sat down next to you, you scooted closer, and reached a hand out to gently graze his cheek. He leant into your touch for a moment, until you swiftly picked a wildflower from your bouquet and stuck it into his hair. Your speedy actions and lack of explanation left him confused for a second, until the situation finally sank in for him. He offered you a warm smile in return, and tilted his head.

“I thought you were being a little quiet earlier… So this was your plan all along?”

You simply responded by picking another and weaving it carefully into his braids, then another, and then another. Venti found himself quite amused by your antics, and decided to allow you to play out your plan for now without questioning it. He had always appreciated your unpredictability, after all. You went at it for a while, picking out and placing flowers all over his hair, making sure to keep the placements and the colors consistent. When you finally felt satisfied with your work, you placed your remaining flowers to the side and pulled Venti closer. You held onto him, wrapping your arms around his pack, and burying your face into his neck. Taking in his familiar and sweet scent, you let out a content hum before uttering the seemingly innocent words;

“I love you, so much more than you know.”

You felt him tense up for just a split second, and you could practically hear his thoughts run wild. The thing is, Venti is great with words. He would likely argue that he’s the greatest even, but you had one major advantage that no other could ever hope to gain. That being the fact that he was a major softie for you. He’d cling onto your form when half asleep in the morning, and thank you for staying by his side when you were about to doze off on his shoulder under the oak in Windrise. He’d grab your hand and chatter away about anything and everything the moment he spotted you out and about in the city, and he came with you on adventures only to mess around until the moment you were in any form of danger. He was so incredibly weak for you, and all you had to do was to express your love for him in a way that’s so unabashedly sincere that he wouldn’t be able to counter it with a rhyme.

You loosened your grip around the bard, and he instantly started missing your embrace the moment your arms went away. Thankfully, he didn’t have to wait very long before you pulled him down and laid his head in your lap. You kissed his forehead so incredibly gently and whispered a quiet “I love you,” before pressing your lips against this skin again. For a moment he tried to reach up to hold your face, but you took a hold of his hand and gently squeezed it with your own. Carefully, you kissed his hand over and over while intertwining your fingers together. Your other hand was busy carefully combing through his hair, being careful as to not shift the flowers out of place while doing so. When your eyes finally met his again, now wide open and with an elated and hazy look to them, you offered a reassuring and comforting smile. “You’re gorgeous.”

The way he blushed harder than you would ever have dared to imagine will forever be one of your most treasured memories.

the little things

you're noticing the little things in venti just walking around with him.

every day was a struggle in fighting the feelings you knew you had. you'd liked him for some time now, and everytime you like someone, you tend to start to notice other things attractive about them, like why you like them.

however...

oddly enough, it was almost like it didn't happen with venti. you were more focused on how you felt rather than why you felt that way.

one day, though, it changed. you'd known him for about six months when he invited you to take a walk around the general area of windrise.

of course you accepted quickly; after all, it was a nice day, and windrise is such a pretty place to take a walk in.

as you walked around, you couldn't help but look at venti instead of around you two. only then you noticed just how beautiful he was; his dark blue hair and eyes were so pretty, and he was just perfectly put together... it was almost impossible to control the butterflies in your stomach.

you look away quickly, which seems to attract the attention of venti. your cheeks are a light pink.

"is something the matter?" venti inquires. uh oh.

"um, no, nothing..." you say under your breath.

"come on, i think we've known each other long enough for me to be able to tell when you're down." he moves in a bit closer to you, only making the issue worse, but it's fine, everything is fine.

"it's fine, really. it's nothing." you're completely trying to avoid him seeing you at all now.

but he stops you and stands next to you.

"if you're not comfortable with telling me what's wrong, that's fine. but just know, if you need someone to listen, i will always be here."

you're turned and looking directly in his eyes, when it comes over you.

now is a perfect time to kiss him, and so you do.

and he's blushing just as fiercely as you at first, but he kisses back.

you're the one to pull away, and you're so embarrassed that you lost control of yourself like that.

but he takes your hand, smiling at you softly.

"let's continue our walk, now, shall we?"

you do feel a slight breeze, like, in the middle of the frozen process.

even after he unfreezes, he’s still processing what’s going on.

now he’s trying to form a sentence, but it only comes out in stutters.

finally, after waiting for what seems like forever for him to calm down, he just hugs you. SO HARD.

he’s literally crying, you broke him. 

once he’s fully recuperated, he stops hugging you, but he’s still a little shaken.

clearing his throat. he’s about to pretend he’s fine.

“s-sure, not like i’ll mind…”

you know he minds and he knows he minds. just go along with his little lie, though, and just bask in the sweater for hours.

he’s subtly flustered. he didn’t know humans could be attached like that.

but he finds it endearing all the same…

he hands it over, a little in shock, but it makes you more endearing.

he just. Watches you curl up in it as his heart races. 

he’s so happy he makes you feel that way, too.

no book that he could’ve read nor written could have ever prepared him for that question.

he hid himself behind a book when you asked though.

he was blushing FIERCELY; he felt like a pyro slime had just come to existence in his face.

he’s trying to practice his “it’s all cool” voice in his mind, but he doesn’t realize how long it takes.

that is, until you snap him back to attention.

“oh, yeah, sure, of course…”

he sounds so. Shy. but he’s so cute.

he’s still hiding behind his book a half hour later, but he’s sneaking glances as subtly as possible.

he’s in a state of weakness; best not to make any other romantic moves that he’s not prepared for today.
