Like I said, there will be VERY LITTLE INFORMATION… I think I could add a little more about his personality so it doesn't feel so empty. 🤔

And don't worry about the Lore. This actually gives me a chance to properly organize the prologue before releasing it (which in the end, will be 4 parts lmao)

So… What's next? (About my PKHZ OC)

As you know, I recently revealed a bit of information about my new OC, Nasher. And yes, I still plan to publish his story in drabbles and accompanied by sketchs.

However… I'm not sure what to do next! 😅

I have two references about Nasher that contain some basic information. I can easily summarize the most important details without giving away any spoilers, but this will limit the amount of information I can provide. 🤔

On the other hand, there's a draft and a sketch that practically marks the beginning of the story: narrated from Amethio's POV, where he and Friede have their first encounter with Nasher. (A story composed of two or maybe three parts.) My question is: Do you prefer to see the design references and basic data first, or should we begin with the lore?

(Just so you know, I'll post both, but I'm not sure which one will go up first.)

When Dot arrived on the ship, she knew her life would take a new turn. While the young girl had plenty of time to prepare, it was still an uncomfortable transition.

Although Murdock, her uncle, was very attentive and did his best to accommodate her, Dot still felt like a stranger there… And so, she ended up clinging to the habits of her old house: shutting herself away in her room, dedicating herself to the content of Nidothing, barely having the opportunity to go out and interact with others.

And for a while, the purple-haired girl thought she might never be able to consider that place her true home.

Or well, that's what she thought until a certain peculiar adventurer gave her the little push she needed.

One day when most of the ship's crew would be out, Dot took advantage of the calm to leave her room in search of that day's lunch, after all, Murdock had said he would prepare hamburgers for lunch… Usually, Dot didn't get excited about food, but the hamburgers the chef prepared were the exception.

"Uh? Hi Dot!"

What she didn't expect was to find another human being in the kitchen, much less the crew leader himself.

The purple-haired girl was startled to see him, and instinctively hid behind the door.

"Oops… Sorry for yelling," Friede commented with genuine regret in his voice. "I didn't mean to scare you."

"I-It's o-okay." Dot said, slowly peeking out from her hiding place. "I thought… I thought you were going out with the rest…"

"It was my idea, but since I was up late last night, Mollie recommended I stay in and get some sleep. I have to admit my nap got a little out of hand, and I barely woke up… Pretty hungry, I must say."

He burst out laughing. The younger girl still hadn't gotten used to Friede's cheerful personality, so it was a little tiring interacting with him…

But not entirely unpleasant.

"Anyway, I just came for my burger and I'll head to the captain's cabin if you want to eat more peacefully."

"No, that's fine," the purple-haired girl commented, finally deigning to come out of hiding. "It would be a bit boring to have lunch alone anyway…"

'Besides, I'd like to chat with you.' she thought to herself, not daring to say it out loud.

"Then let's go to the meeting room. We can eat more comfortably there."

The girl nodded, observing how Friede was already carrying the two plates with their respective hamburgers. She took charge of bringing the drinks, which were bottles of soda.

When the purple-haired girl arrived at the room, Friede was already waiting for her with a small smile. Dot sat down across from the older man and gave him the soda.

Suddenly, a moan from Friede caught her attention.

"Uh? What's wrong?"

She asked, looking up, noticing the older man's disgusted expression, who was glancing at the burger after lifting the top bun.

"They have pickles on them."

"They do!" the girl commented, while checking hers food.

Dot was surprised by their absence… Murdock usually didn't forget the ingredients in his food, especially in hers, since the girl loved pickles on her burger.

"What if I don't like pickles?" Friede retorted, sounding almost like a child throwing a tantrum.

"Tell him not to put them."

"He already made it…" the older man concluded wearily, returning the bun to the burger. "I don't want to bother him."

Dot sympathized with Friede: while she wasn't a picky eater, the purple-haired girl understood the feeling of encountering something unexpected, and not having the opportunity to remedy it so as not to upset others.

However… It saddened her to see Friede's disappointment, especially given the kind way they'd interacted.

"Well, mine don't have pickles. Let's trade!"

Friede raised her head, looking at her in surprise.

"Would you do this for me?"

"Absolutely."

And without waiting for a reply, Dot rearranged the plates. The younger woman took the burger in her hands and took a bite, enjoying the slightly tangy flavor of the pickles that paired perfectly with the meat and cheese.

Dot looked at Friede, who was still eyeing the food as if it were a treasure. Finally, the older raised his head and looked at her with genuine affection.

"If you have enemies that need taking care of, you come to me."

Dot gave a small laugh.

"I'll keep that in mind, just don't tell anything to my uncle or he'll kill us both."

"More like he'll cook us for the next lunch."

They both laughed again, enjoying the atmosphere they created between them.

From that moment on, Dot noticed that Friede seemed to understand her better than the rest: Friede gave her space, had short conversations, and always seemed interested in her technological prowess… Even though he didn't always seem to understand her.

While the enemies' comment was obviously a joke, Friede's sentiment was genuine: I've got your back, my friend.

That was what Dot appreciated most about him.

About Friede Friday.

I just finished watching episode 100, like, 20 minutes ago! lmao

First of all: Beautiful episode. Second: I cried. Too much. And in such a pathetic way that I'm NOT ASHAMED OF :DDDD

Joking aside, it's time to talk about what's happening with Friede Friday from now on. So, the idea was to write something every week we didn't hear from him… until now. (Ten weeks, actually, if you're wondering. Or nine, if you don't count the week we skipped.)

You might be wondering… What's next?

Okay, I could just finish the count and focus completely on my OC's story (which I'll keep working on, especially after seeing Spinel at the end of the chapter), but I still have tons of ideas and headcanons to add.

So I had an idea: We've heard from him, but we haven't seen him in person, so… let's start a new countdown! This time, I'll count down the weeks until Friede returns to the crew.

If Friede and her crew come back earlier than I thought, and I have extra drabbles/one-shots, I'll add them as "Friede Friday Extras." I might even post them on my Tumblr when the countdown's done. And yes, they'll still be on Fridays.

In Conclusion: Friede Friday continues! I'll be using a different counter this time, and anything left over will be extra posts on Fridays until until it's finished.
