I read less than 3% of the world is in the crypto market. Ethereum is the primary form of currency used to buy and sel NFTs. NFTs rocked a path toward autonomy for artists that cut out middlemen and labels. I’m learning and the first @gryskllthecrew NFT collection is almost ready. 9 NFTs in the first drop and I’m working on a plan for something much larger and communal that will help push our art x wellness agenda. 21 Days of Determination & Discipline started yesterday. I’ve said 2020 gave me the vision. 2021 is refining my focus. 2022 is about execution. This means it’s time to clean up & develop some habits. I’ve been on a journey to find “self love” for the past couple years. I thought it was psychobabble until I realized how badly I’ve treated myself. I’ve been slowly finding my way there by taking time to focus on getting familiar with he person I’ve been avoiding nearly my whole life. Myself. I’ve removed myself from unhealthy surroundings, gotten to REALLY know myself (largely through arting) & found my way to what I’ve heard is one of the doorways to self love. Discipline. I’m determined to develop habits that will help me continue learning to care for myself. I’ve read that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. My goal is to make / break 3 (because 3 is the magic number). 1. Establishing & maintaining a morning routine. I’ve had to get myself up and out for thousands of days but that was as a participant in the rat race. Now I’m creating a routine that will make me a healthier, happier human. My routine includes reading, drinking water, tea, yoga, a workout and quality time w Zen. 2. Establishing routines, rules, boundaries & limits for work. This will help me spend more time with myself so that I can care for myself mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually. As a result, I imagine, I’ll become more open to repairing a few damaged relationships & engaging more socially. 3. Eat better. This means no processed foods. I eat plant based but we’ve been slipping in vegan, gluten free sweets and eating outside food that’s not as healthy as the food we prepare at home. I’ll update socials depending on how much “work time” I have left each day. I’ve put social media in my work category because I’m setting & honoring limits on tech time. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Sorry I’ve been quiet here and on @sicknblack. I was DTM last week and my body said slow down after I strained rotator cuff. Good news is recovery time is off the meter and I think my new diet and yoga are playing a major role in that. Last time my shoulder hurt anywhere near this bad, I was in PT for it. Took some R&R and picked up my 1st hammock. 0 regrets on that. Sparked some new creativity. Back to posting tomorrow. I know I’m backed up on reposting a lot of #REELRHYMES heat.
