Due to mysterious circumstances, everyone Ratchet has ever known and loved has forgotten that he exists. With no answers to the hows and whys of his condition, he decides to move to the Decepticon-held city of Rodion where at the very least he can help those who can benefit from his skills as a medic. However, his former home may also hold a glimmer of hope for curing his condition in someone he has not seen since before the war began. But given that this former patient of his is now a notorious Decepticon going by the name of Deadlock, he will need to decide exactly what he is prepared to do in order to restore his identity.

Taking advantage of @dratchetweek to post the first chapter of this project I've been working on. Enjoy!

Im late to dratchet party but this is my piece for 'ends of the earth'. in my personal au, when ratchet dies, drift embarks on like some kinda spiritual journey where he goes to like, where all the sparks are when bots die, and he finds ratchet and literally pulls him back to the land of the living. at the end of it, drift like collapses and is afraid it was all a dream but he wakes up and ratchet is there so he falls into his arms.

so i think that fits 'ends of the earth' scenario
