This article is packed full of actual studies from medical journals. NOT statistical garbage from the CDC who pushes the influenza vaccine. Please copy & paste the different studies found throughout this article to see the truth for yourself. Double- blinded studies are one of the most trustable (outside of a triple- blinded study) studies you can find- meaning there is little to no bias from a given company/ agency/ etc. trying to push a given substance/product.
