Psalm 37:5,7 'Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him and He will do this..Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for Him.

Sometimes it's hard to understand why God doesn't allow things to happen straightaway. An important lesson that I am continuing to learn each day is that God works things out in His own perfect timing.

'There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven.' Ecclesiastes 3:1

Perhaps God wants you to wait for a time before He gives you your desires. Every gift that comes from God is worth waiting for. In the Bible, there are lots of examples of where we see God's children being made to wait before their prayers are answered. In 1 Samuel chapter 1, we read how Hannah had to wait for a child, she wept and prayed out of great anguish before the Lord and He answered her prayers.

Habakkuk 2:3 tells us ...'For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it lingers, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.'

Wait patiently on the Lord, trust in Jesus and He will work things out for you.

The most important point to remember is that God loves you and He wants the best for you.

Finalement, je crois qu’il faut surtout ne rien faire pour être aimé. Nous passons nos vies à essayer de paraître plus beaux, plus belles, plus intelligents, plus intelligentes. Mais j’ai compris deux choses. Ceux qui nous aiment nous voient avec leur cœur et nous parent de qualités au-delà de celles que nous avons vraiment. Et ceux qui ne veulent pas nous aimer ne se satisferont jamais de tous nos efforts. Oui, vraiment. Je crois qu’il est important de laisser nos imperfections en paix. Elles sont précieuses pour comprendre ceux qui nous voient avec le cœur.
