rage incubated inside the body, the poison that feels like justice

Text
In this weeks Torah portion, what stands out to us most is “You shall not oppress a stranger, for you know the feelings of the stranger, having yourselves been strangers in the land of Egypt (Exodus 22:20, 23:19).” We must not perpetrate upon other that which was perpetrated upon us.
The epitome of moral obligation, of G-ds word, is to ensure do not carry forward our pain, or pass it like a baton. The memory of bondage must act as revolution, not an excuse.
Pain inflicted in the name of Judaism is an insult to G-d themself. An insult to our people, history, our core beliefs. Zionism is the antithesis of Judaism.

the possibility is that an animal aware of its changes can't survive the change
it is possible that humanity's genius will undo humankind, not with rage, but self loathing

the brains of the people create images of the people to mind the people, and judge the people
it's not incorrect when they call this God, but it's a mistake to think God understands the human condition even as well as we do

nature offers most humans about ten years of certainty, to help them off the branch
it remains there in the brain like a fly in amber
memories of certainty can retain their filigree and finish forever

unwilling to endure the consequences of decision, we gave way to a few survivors who, hopefully, will never understand why the world is so hostile to life, so they can at least be free of shame

what is your response when you've been deeply insulted?
if you're guilty, do you feel shame? if you feel shame, are you contrite?
or angry

• Confine the scope of the expression of your observations to your own awareness, in order to avoid accidentally lecturing others about the feelings you're having. We ≠ you. "I have unnecessarily complicated my life." Speculation and judgments based on hypothesis aren't useful - except in locating your own bias.
• Now you can examine your assumptions about the experience of some of those states & imaginary qualia you invoked, especially the concept of meaning, from a more scientific starting point.
• Now it's easier to recognize that you've been incompletely informed about nature, experience, and meaning. So it's time to
• resume your quest in a responsible, sanitary, less egocentric, more scientific (and far more convivial) form. ⭐️
We have unnecessarily complicated our lives by believing it has a meaning. By believing there’s a soulmate for us. By believing we have a purpose in this world.
We don’t.
We are just an intelligent species that started asking questions and seeking answers. Answers that led us to false beliefs.
Now those beliefs depress us, sadden us, and break us every time we face adversity. Because we believe some life purpose didn’t get fulfilled.
We must stop this practice. We must teach the next generation that a soulmate doesn’t exist. Nor does a greater purpose.
We are just here accidentally and we must spend our time doing what we love
