do you ever hang out with someone and later when you come home in bed you can still feel smell of the whole thing and person on your skin which gives you this weird comforting feeling of daydream slowly budding into life or that's something only desperately lonely souls do?

just seen endeavour S9Ep1 and even tho I knew what has to inevitably happen, THAT SCENE when joan tells him and subsequent return to drinking and Thursday about to leave watching morse order 'one more' and gosh when he turns THOSE mesmerising BLUES MELTED AND RED BC he is crying but still won't say anything and cinematic masterpeice of showing endeavour's dawn of realisation that he really for real this time lost one thing he probably cared for and he only has himself to blame, the potryal the acting whole thing felt like dagger in a heart. This season wil change lives.

i think one of the loveliest parts of writing fanfic for a small fandom (or a niche within a bigger one!) is that you end up getting to know the people there!! like at this point if i write a thing, i'll go "oh, i think [mutual] will love this line" & "but [other mutual] is hopefully going to lose their mind over this thing i may or may not have added in while thinking of them specifically" and it's so much fun. it transforms writing from this act i do just for me, in the privacy of my own notes, to a sort of community effort

btw! I was made aware that many people don't know that we're boycotting Eurovision this year, so.

we are boycotting Eurovision, as per BDS guidelines.
