To the anon asking for help to know if they are "programmed" or not: There is a variety of disinformation out there citing experiences and/or disabilities as "programming" (i.e scars being due to physical abuse, alters presenting as spiritual beings, etc) and it maybe harmful to question if you are "programmed" as you will encounter disinformation (especially not to mention the trauma maybe hard to process). The trauma like all trauma is being hidden for a reason. It's OKAY to not know right now and you do NOT have to figure it out right now.

Tldr: Only a professional with training in that kind of trauma can help you
