I often go out into my garden to collect inspiration for my planner spreads. This particular spread was done during a moment that one of my students needed a break. By drawing/coloring instead of insisting on talking through the melt-down, I was able to give them safety and keep an eye on them without triggering pathological demand avoidance.

I crave time like this- with nothing hanging over me.

I crave space to breathe and exist exactly as I am.

No expectations.

I’ve tried many different planner systems, but I always come back to affordable BlueSky planners.

I know that probably seems boring, but they are a low investment and you can put as much into making them beautiful as you want to. It is my opinion that being organized and aesthetic can be frugal too.
