My newest project and the one I’m researching on and working harder at than any other art I’ve ever made is Kappa, a story about a ronin frog in a Japanese forest in Edo period Japan.

Kappa has been tasked with avenging the death of her father, Daimyo to the shogun of Aoikighara forest.

Unrivalled as she is in her skill with a reed blade Kappa actually just wants to live in peace, constantly distracted and awed by the beauty around her, it isn’t until she meets Tam, a one armed and free spirited Tanooki who shows her that you don’t have to be what your parents want to be happy and fulfilled.

It’s a story full of heart, wonder, joy, sadness and growth.

I’m SO excited to share it once it’s ready

#3 of Jupiter, my ongoing series about a Luchador who works 1940’s LA as a private dick. It’s one part El Santo, one part Hellboy and one part Chinatown.

Very silly, kinda spooky and a great time for me drawing crazy wrestling moves.

This is issue one of a four part story about two sheriffs from Texas in the 1870’s who, when struck by lightning wake up in 2020’s Nottingham city centre. Housed by the council in an apartment block, they take it upon themselves to clean up the streets, southern justice style.

Rather Villainous is my mini comic with four panel strips about the slacker twenty somethings who work for Bond villains. They’ve no skin in this game, they’re on minimum wage so you can bet when suave British secret agents come shooting up the place they’re not interested in dying for the cause.

Limited to 75 copies, hand folded, stapled numbered

Going through some of my comics and zines from the past few years in an attempt to showcase the breadth of what I have made.

Here’s Kazam, the first truly kid friendly comic I made about a magic rabbit transported to a robot city where he helps a little robot find her way home.

Really fun to draw and I was proud to finally have something that a kid could pick up off my table at cons and I wouldn’t have to snatch it away to protect their innocence!
