Outer Banks sort of feels like summer camp, just with a lot more egos and pressure to succeed, lmao. i've learned more about acting on that set than anywhere and we're a family now. Gabbriette has that goth indie sleaze aesthetic and she's so hot. obsessed and can't wait to see the movie. you should invite me to the premiere, pls and thank you. i promise to be the biggest cheerleader for you on that night. you have that 90s scream queen look, so i know you'll be great. something tells me there's gonna be a lot of tears on this set, have to start stocking up on tissues. i had to do a bit of traveling to make the Dior show but so glad to be back in Charleston now. even if it's a million degrees out. wanna do breakfast this week? my treat.

PRIVATE: i was trying to see some of the dailies on the last few days of filming and gotta say, the raw footage looked great. it'll be even better when they add all the music and edits. i saw you made a trip out of Glastonbury, how was that? i'm a little jealous you got to see Charli xcx and the 1975. it's absolutely not killing me that i wasn't there or anything. how long are you staying in the UK for?

PRIVATE: i'm so proud of us and all the hard work we've done these last couple of weeks. hopefully the final product will reflect that. oh, good luck with the outer banks filming! is it your last season? i'm no longer in vegas, i'm actually in LA for a moment. enjoying some time to myself before i leave to film the next dune movie in a bit. i don't really know where things stand either but i enjoyed working with you too. you were a lovely partner.

awe, damn. that's very sweet of you and i'm about to blush over here. i also never know what to do when someone compliments me though, so i should probably try working on that. Luca is a master at what he does, but he's also so great at putting you at ease even in the toughest scenes. it was a very vulnerable film to make and he ended the set beautifully. you're on Broadway? no way, that's damn cool. what's the play? is it your first time or have you done theatre before? i can't explain it, but you do feel like someone who fits right into the marvel universe, especially spider-man. those marvel ninja lawyers are no joke, so i promise not to ask for spoilers. that folk don't play with that stuff. i am, currently shooting the final season. bittersweet and i know i'll be crying my eyes out after we wrap. it's been a hell of a journey.

Really? Because I feel like you're one of those people that deserve all the nice things said to you, so I'm glad to compliment you on your work when you clearly deserve the compliment. I can imagine how hard it was to film, but you and Daniel did such a great job all around. Plus, to work with Luca, that had to be surreal. I swear, every film he makes is gold. Well, right now I'm doing a Broadway play, but that finishes up for me on July 13th! But I am going to be in the new Spider-Man movie! I can't say who I'm playing yet, they want it to be a surprise when they announce it, but it really is cool, and I'm so excited. hey, that's actually one of the nicest things anyone has said to me in a long time. getting compliments on my work means so much, especially for a project like Queer. it's a very hard film, both to make and to watch but i genuinely loved every moment. getting to work with both Daniel Craig and Luca Guadagnino is the stuff of fairy tales. with Stranger Things finishing up soon, what's next for you? did i see something about you being in the new Spider-Man movie? that's so damn cool. are you excited?

While I love Outer Banks and think you do an amazing job as Rafe, he's probably one of my favorite characters because I think he has so many layers. I just sat down and finally watched Queer, and you did such an amazing job in that movie, and it was such a good movie in general that it had me hooked the whole time, but I just loved your role in it. private: we made it through the last few days of filming. i didn't feel any type of weird but then again, i had to rush my scenes so i could haul ass to Charleston to start filming outer banks. are you still in vegas or did you get to leave too? i really don't know where things stand with us now but i really enjoyed working with you.

private: maybe? i don't really know what to think about what happened but i'm feeling kind of weird about it. not because i regret it and i think that's the confusing part. i feel okay about filming. a couple more days of playing husband and wife shouldn't be too bad, right? how are you feeling about it?

they would make a terrible couple but could probably be the funniest on-screen pair tho. i could imagine them sniping at each other and eventually becoming sort of friends by the end. he's deserved a smack or two, but sarah is probably first in line to slapping him. i'm vowing to spend more time on vacation next summer and go back-packing in europe or something like that. nice, that sounds like it'll be a good one. glad romcoms are back. when's it coming out?

as if kie hasn't been through enough shit already, rafe's toxic ass is the last thing she needs. as much as i would love more scenes with them, just not like that. maybe if she gets to slap him or something. now that'd be fun. ugh tell me about it, working all summer feels wrong but happy to be all together again. i filmed a rom com movie for prime a while ago - maintenance required - my character is part of an all female mechanic shop.

hush, you're not allowed to make me feel so mushy now. i'm about to be emo on the main and i fear my street cred will never recover. i still find it weird when strangers know my name tbh but it's been a wild ride and i'm so grateful we all got to be on this journey together. working with her was a blast, but i'm so glad to be back in the outer banks with the crew. our last hurrah. the whole cast of that movie is unreal. gabbriette? a babe, obsessed with her cooking instagrams. how was the old cast? as cool as they appear to be? come on, that original is iconic and everyone has ben talking about the remake, so i have no doubt it'll be successful. wasting good food and earning your ire, that would've been a double whammy. excited to be back on the set now?

you know you're forever one of my favorite people too, right? like you'll always be one of my favorite people. and hush, i feel like we're all big stars, i can't help it. but you're sweet that you do little cheers whenever i land a new role, and i do the same for you. plus, you're getting to work with my girl crush right now, and i'm a little jealous. i'm still in awe that i landed a role in such an iconic movie, and that it was the lead role too, like please pinch me! and i got to work with the og cast, so you know i was embarrassing around freddie prince jr. you really think it's going to be a hit though? i love it! and yes please, i went on a picnic with someone in the maldives that said they were clumsy, and i was like, oh no, if you spill the food, that won't be good because i get hangry, and they just didn't know what kind of beast they'd unleash.

wait, what do you mean by you not being a vacation person? do you find it hard to unwind or get out of work mode? packing for a vacation sucks, unpacking sucks even more but the whole laying on the beach without any worries is an absolute 10/10. i loved it, especially since i've been working loads this year and i jumped back to the filming of outer banks soon after coming back.

Right? Like, I'm not much of a vacation person to begin with, so being forced to take one was... kind of necessary. I never realized how much I needed to lay by the ocean waves just reading until then. It was peaceful, despite the sunburn. Did you have a relaxing time?

my mom has actually never watched queer because of how much nudity is in that. she's really not a fan, so i'm trying to limit how many spicy roles i take on. the boys is such a huge show but there's really nothing like gossip girl. if you're a millennial like me or part of gen z, that was your show. it's been such a busy week but how about we have a few cold ones before it's time to leave?

how did that week just flew by us, just like that? i don't know man, but i had the best time. maybe i'm not going home with the best dance moves but i did get the coolest person added to my phone book, so winning. okay but maybe instead of me trying to dance, would you be open to having a cameo on the show?? because if you are into to the idea, i'll def talk to the creator and make it come true. that would get people talking for sure.

I was thinking the same thing, wondering how I got so lucky to pull you as a roomie, man! I was worried about who I was going to be paired with, and I feel like luck is on my side too.
