third year journalism major, ningning has loved writing and making up stories since she was a kid, no one knowing this better than y/n due to their very elaborate barbie soap operas from when they were children. she figured out she was a lesbian pretty early on and had a few flings here and there throughout high school, but never anything serious enough to distract her from her writing. recently, she's taken an interest in script writing and is working on a short film.

fourth year sports management major, chenle could also be described as a menace, but he is kind of the glue of the friend group. the girls initially met while planning a surprise party for his birthday, but ended up becoming extremely close. he was later added to the group chat when he needed relationship advice.

fourth year photography major, winter had a short situationship with chenle during their first year, which made her realise she was probably into girls and they were better off as friends anyways. she was the first person to encourage ningning into exploring script writing, even volunteering to help with designing posters and other promotional material.

giselle also recently graduated and works in fashion. along with meeting ningning through chenle, she's also friends with yangyang. like yunjin, she's taken up the role of being the mom of the group, a mantle no one has forced her upon except for herself.

karina needs sleep. and a break. maybe jumping right into a master's after just getting her law degree wasn't the best idea. WILL argue with you on anything and it will last for days. she's giselle's roommate and the group dad (in the realistic sense where most of the time she's working and you mainly only see her in the evenings).

riku's alphas

3rd year film major, sion is tired of being made fun of for not having dated anyone. desperate to get his friends off him back, he starts forming a little plan which, in theory, shouldn't be that hard.

3rd year astronomy major, jisung is kind of an asshole. however, he is simply all bark, no bite, running away the moment someone actually wants to fight. similarly to y/n and lily, he and sion were roommates their first year, but unlike the two girls, they became close immediately. a part of the guy's football team, he flirts with y/n constantly. god forbid they merge practices sometimes when one of the coaches are sick.

2nd year film major, riku possibly believes he is actually a cat. he's a serial flirter who also cries about missing his "wife" (jaehee) who he has been distanced from, then proceeds to try and make out with yushi.

1st year marine biology major, yushi is the only one who's friends with y/n's group (through leehan). he's not exactly sure how he became part of this group, but he doesn't mind it, even when riku tries to make out with him.

leehan protection squad

third year sociology major y/n, has no clue what she wants to do with her life. she would much rather be on the field scoring goals than writing research papers, only choosing her major because it seemed easy enough at that time. she's had a crush on ningning since high school, but has known her since they were practically babies, drifting apart during as they grew older.

as the the mom of the group, yunjin is exhausted. another sociology major, she had offered to help y/n with some of her assignments back in her first year, eventually becoming one of her closest friends.

lily, third year music major, was y/n's roommate during first year. back then, both of them assumed they'd probably be acquaintances at best, making friends in their respective majors, but they could not be more wrong. the best word to describe lily would be menace. everyone in the group has urban dictionary permanently opened on their phones to understand anything she says.

first year marine biology major, leehan, is the group's baby. y/n has known him since he was like two, due to being friends with his older sister. when leehan joined the same uni, she swore to take care of him and forced him to join their group.

taesan, first year music major, was dragged into the group by leehan. no one really knows how they met or became friends. fake emo and perpetual victim of bullying by the group.

others

recently graduated, y/n's older brother yangyang works in... something. she's not exactly sure what but it probably involves sitting behind a desk typing away on a laptop. he begrudgingly let y/n move in with him and is waiting for her to get a job so she can start paying rent. he might be gay and in love with the third tenant of their apartment, xiaojun, but he has a job so he can't really care about that right now.

xiaojun is the liu siblings' roommate and a youtuber desperate to get famous. he has a small following, mainly comprising of fujoshis who are waiting for the day he and yangyang get together.
