Tooth whitening is a very effective way of lightening the natural color of teeth without compromising the tooth surface in any way. The procedure can be done in one hour in the clinic with or without lasers. The cost of whitening depends on the existing color of the natural teeth. Darker teeth will require more number of visits to get the desired result. A professional cleaning is mandatory before tooth whitening This process cannot result in a complete change of color, but will lighten the existing shade of white. It is not advisable to whiten teeth for kids below 18 years and for pregnant or nursing women.

Gum disease is a bacterial infection that infects the gum tissue causing inflammation, redness, swelling and loss of bone around the teeth. It can affect one tooth or many. Severe gum disease, if left untreated will eventually lead to tooth loss.
Gum Disease is preventable with proper oral hygiene and professional cleaning. However, gum disease that has progressed below the gum line has to be treated by gum surgery.
Gingival Flap Surgery is the most common procedure used to treat gum disease. A professional cleaning is the first step before any gum surgery procedure. Gingival Flap Surgery is done under local anesthesia where the gums are folded back to form a flap in order to access the tissue below the gum line. The root portion of the gums are also cleaned and smoothened simultaneously. Sometimes, medicaments are placed in the tissue before closing the flap. Gum surgery prevents further progress of the disease but good oral hygiene and routine maintenance is mandatory to prevent recurrence of gum disease.

Root Canal Treatment is required when tooth decay progresses to involve the dental pulp and nerve of the tooth, which results in an infection at the tip of the tooth root, causing pain and sometimes swelling or the tooth may feel loose. In such cases, in order to save the tooth, a root canal treatment must be done. Sometimes, there may no symptoms if the infection is present for a long time.
Root canal treatment is avoidable if tooth decay is addressed in the initial stages by a simple filling. The root canal treatment cost in Chennai is also much more than a simple filling. While a tooth filling is done on the crown portion (the part of the tooth visible in the mouth) before the tooth root gets infected, root canal treatment involves filling of the entire tooth till the tip of the root. After a root canal treatment, the tooth will lose all sensation but will remain firm in the mouth as long as the gums and bone are healthy. Since there is no sensation, it is important to protect the tooth with a dental crown to avoid breakages.
A tooth treated with root canal treatment can sometimes get re-infected if improperly done or neglect to maintain good oral health. Regular Oral hygiene Maintenance is very important after root canal treatment to prevent reinfection of the tooth from the gums or from the adjacent teeth. Reinfection after root canal treatment can also happen if a dental crown is not done to protect the tooth.

Benefits of Full Mouth Implants | How It Can Transform Your Smile?
Full mouth implants, also known as full arch implants or full mouth reconstruction, offer a transformative solution for individuals seeking to restore their smiles and dental function. This comprehensive approach involves replacing all missing or failing teeth in the upper, lower, or both arches of the mouth with dental implants and prosthetic teeth. The benefits of full mouth implants are numerous and can significantly enhance both oral health and overall quality of life.
First and foremost, full mouth implants provide a permanent and stable solution for individuals with extensive tooth loss or severe dental issues. Unlike traditional dentures, which may slip or require adhesive for stability, full mouth implants are securely anchored in the jawbone, offering a natural look and feel.
Moreover, full mouth implants restore the ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. They provide strong and durable teeth that function like natural ones, allowing individuals to enjoy a varied diet and speak without impediment.
Additionally, full mouth implants promote long-term oral health by preserving jawbone density and preventing bone loss. By stimulating the bone through the implant roots, they help maintain facial structure and prevent the sunken appearance often associated with missing teeth.
Furthermore, full mouth implants can improve self-esteem and overall well-being by restoring a beautiful and youthful smile. With advancements in dental technology and techniques, these implants can be customized to match the shape, size, and color of natural teeth, resulting in a seamless and aesthetically pleasing outcome.
In conclusion, the benefits of full mouth implants are vast, ranging from improved oral health and function to enhanced confidence and quality of life. For individuals with extensive tooth loss or dental issues, this transformative treatment option can truly make a difference in restoring their smile and overall well-being.

Unveiling the Different Stages of the Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment is a multi-stage dental procedure designed to address issues within the tooth's pulp, providing relief from pain and preserving the natural tooth structure. The process typically begins with a comprehensive examination and X-rays to assess the extent of infection or damage. The initial stage involves administering local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort. Following this, the dentist creates an access point to reach the pulp chamber and canals. Thorough cleaning and removal of infected or damaged tissue occur in the second stage, aided by specialized tools. The next step involves shaping and disinfecting the canals to eliminate any remaining bacteria. In the subsequent stages, the dentist fills the cleaned canals with a biocompatible material, usually gutta-percha, and seals the access point. In some cases, a temporary filling may be placed before a permanent restoration, such as a crown, is affixed to protect and strengthen the treated tooth. This multi-stage process aims to alleviate pain, eliminate infection, and preserve the natural tooth, promoting oral health and preventing the need for extraction. Understanding the different stages of root canal treatment empowers patients to make informed decisions about their dental care and appreciate the significance of this common yet intricate dental procedure.

How to take care of your teeth post bleaching
Do you really want to retain the bright white teeth that have just been freed from all stains? Here is what you must do to ensure that the bleaching effect stays on for long.
Say no to smoking! Tobacco stains are very hard to remove by brushing and the whole point of whitening your teeth will be lost when you smoke.
Reduce the intake of coffee or tea. It really makes a difference if you could avoid it completely.
Do not drink red wine! Although it has anti-oxidants that help you stay young and keeps your heart healthy, red wine is sure to leave a tinge of it’s redness on your pearlies.
Stay away from packed commercial juices with preservatives!
Don’t gulp citrus juices often! The acid in the citrus can demineralize the teeth enamel if it stays on for long enough.
Bid farewell to acidic drinks like cola, soda, sports drinks and white wine if you wish to flaunt a sparkling white smile!
And here are a few more key pointers for post teeth-whitening:
Irritating gums and sensitive teeth are common to peep in immediately after teeth whitening… And they stay not more than 2 to 3 days.
Do not consume any beverages that are either too hot or too cold. Your teeth could be very sensitive for a week after the process and it is advisable to play it safe during this period.
Put on hold any tooth-colored restorations (fillings) for 2 to 4 weeks after the treatment. Let the shade of white stabilize and then you will know which shade of white to have your fillings in.
Use desensitizing regimen as instructed by your dental practitioner for healthy teeth!

Zirconia Crown & Bridge
Crowns for teeth reinforce the structure of the tooth, improve the tooth’s function and are used to cap or cover teeth after a root canal treatment. Crowns for teeth are usually made from different materials. While most crowns today are Ceramic crowns, the ceramic can be layered over Zirconia (All-ceramic) or fused with metal or gold (metal-ceramic).
In all cases, they provide great results – making your teeth and smile more appealing. Zirconia crown is the most preferred material for crowns on teeth.
At Dr Smilez Dental Center, we provide superior quality CAD/CAM Zirconia crown. Zirconia crown is metal-free and is much more durable, have high strength and aesthetics compared to the conventional metal-ceramic Crowns, making the preferred choice among dental crowns. Some premium Zirconia crown comes with a 15- 20 years warranty.
Benefits of Zirconia Crown
High strength – Zirconia crown is the strongest dental crowns. Even the layered zirconia crown is much stronger than the metal-ceramic crown making them the material of choice for crowns on back teeth.
Translucent with Superior aesthetics & Perfect shade match with adjacent tooth – Different types of Zirconia crown is available based on the tooth that requires the crown. High translucent zirconia is the preferred type of Zirconia crown for front teeth as it looks the most natural
No metal margin exposure & Gentle to the gums – Crowns usually are fitted at or slightly below the gum margin. With ageing and some gum recession, the margin of the metal ceramic crown is usually seen as a dark grey line. With a Zirconia crown, the margin is also white maintaining the aesthetics even with gum recession.
Completely Biocompatible – There is no known allergy reported to a Zirconia crown whereas some metals used in metal-ceramic crowns are known to cause allergies especially in patients with a history of metal allergies.
F.A.Q on Zirconia Crown
1. What are the types of Zirconia Crowns?
There are broadly two types of Zirconia used for dental crowns.; Solid Zirconia and Translucent Zirconia. Solid Zirconia crown is of higher strength and more opaque and is ideally suited for back teeth as they can withstand heavy chewing forces easily. Translucent Zirconia crown is more aesthetic and of less strength compared to solid Zirconia. They are best suited for front teeth where the importance is on naturalization and forces of chewing is minimal. Based on the above types, there are many brands of Zirconia crown available such as Bruxzir Solid Zirconia, 3M Lava, Prettau Zirconia, Cercon etc.
2. How do I choose the type of Zirconia Crown?3. How Much Does a Zirconia Crown Cost?4. How many visits will it take to get a Zirconia Crown?5. How long will a Zirconia crown last?6. Can a Zirconia Crown be given for kids?7. What are the disadvantages of a Zirconia Crown?8. Can Zirconia crown change colour9. Is there any warranty on Zirconia Crowns?10. What are the other options available for crowns on teeth?
Metal-Ceramic Crowns (Porcelain fused to Metal Crowns)
Before the introduction of Zirconia crown, metal-ceramic crowns were the mainstay for crowns on teeth. They are still in use and sometimes maybe even preferred to a Zirconia crown in certain clinical situations.
Metal ceramic crowns have a core made of an alloy of mainly Ni-Cr or Co-Cr. The metal used can also be Gold, but Gold-ceramic or pure Gold crowns are very expensive. One of the main problems with the metal alloy was the lack of quality control on the alloy properties and also, they were handmade and not computer-designed.
Metal ceramic crowns have also seen improvements in the fabrication process. Today, we are able to provide a better fit of crowns with DMLS crowns (Laser sintered crowns) and have better control over the quality of metal alloy used. However, all metal ceramic crowns have a few limitations.
Disadvantages of Metal-ceramic crowns
Opaque; hence reduced aesthetics for front teeth
Metal margin exposure with time
Bulky and heavy due to metal weight
Possibility of chipping of the ceramic
Perfect shade match difficult due to opacity
Metal corrosion over a period of time
NEWER CROWNS
One of the main disadvantages of conventional alloy for metal-ceramic crowns and bridges is the weight of the crowns and the compromised aesthetics due to metal thickness. In order to make crowns lighter and thinner, newer alloy systems use Titanium as the core metal.
Titanium crowns are new entrants in dental practice. Titanium is the most biocompatible material and can be used in its pure form (PFT – Porcelain fused to Titanium) or as a pure ceramic alloy with Titanium (TILITE). This makes the crown light and slightly flexible while maintaining strength. PFT is an ideal material of choice for bridges especially for back teeth when dental implants are not the replacement choice.
Dental Bridges
Dental Bridges at Dr Smilez Dental Center in Chennai
Dental Bridges replace one or more missing teeth. A dental bridge takes the support of teeth or implants with the missing teeth joined with the supporting crowns. A bridge replaces a missing tooth by means of two, or more, crowns which are ‘bridged’ by an additional tooth on the area of the missing tooth. Bridges are basically multiple crowns joined together and is made in the same materials used to make crowns such as Zirconia crown or Metal-ceramic crown. A bridge is a less preferred option to replace missing teeth when adequate bone is available to place a dental implant. In some clinical situations, the dentist may recommend a bridge over a dental implant when the success of the implant is questionable or if additional procedures such as sinus lift of bone augmentation is required before placing an implant.
Key Benefits of Dental Bridge
Missing tooth is replaced
Support and protection for the compromised teeth
Immediate results
Natural/improved appearance
Restoration to normal or improved functioning
Treatment Procedure for Crown & Bridge
The procedure requires two visits, but usually depends on the number of crowns needed. During the first appointment the teeth are prepared by circumferential reduction to make room for the supporting crowns. An impression (or mould) is then taken for fabrication to a laboratory and a plastic temporary crown/ bridge is fitted for the interim period. The fabrication at the laboratory takes approximately 3-4 days. During the next visit, the temporary crown/bridge is removed and the Zirconia crown/bridge is permanently cemented into place.

5 Unknown Difference Between Milk teeth and Permanent teeth
Teeth are one of the essential parts of our body which help in chewing food and in digestion. We develop two sets of teeth in our lifetime: the primary or milk and the permanent teeth.
While both work as a purpose for chewing food, they are different regarding their physical appearance. They differ based on their size, shape and their number.
In this blog, we’ll explore the difference between milk and permanent teeth and their significance for maintaining good health. Read the blog up to the end to learn more.
What are primary teeth or milk teeth?
Primary teeth or milk teeth is a tooth which is the first step of teeth in a person’s life. They are also called milk teeth. These teeth are small in size and appear at an early stage. They start erupting within six months of age up to 5. As these teeth are temporary, they start falling at the age of 6 and will fall until the age of 12-13.
These teeth start erupting between the age of six and eight months old and will continue to erupt until they have a complete set of primary teeth at the age of three. These teeth are available only temporarily to make out way for the permanent teeth, which would start erupting around the age of six.
What are permanent teeth?
Permanent teeth refer to the teeth that erupt after the falling of the milk and the primary teeth. These are also known as adult teeth, the final set of teeth that humans develop. They start emerging at the age of 6 and continue up to teenage and also in later adulthood.
They are 32 in number, meaning the entire set of teeth in your upper and lower jaws. They have eight incisors, four canines, eight premolars, and twelve molars, including the wisdom tooth. These sets of teeth are more vital, larger, and more durable than milk teeth, which are designed to handle wear and tear after regular use.
These sets require more appropriate care as they are the last set of teeth. Only with proper care of milk teeth and permanent teeth can sustain for a lifetime.
Why are milk teeth necessary for the child’s development?
When the milk teeth are supposed to fall, what’s the necessity of these teeth in the child’s growth and development?
This is the question that bothers many people. So let’s find the answers to those here.
Here are a few needs of the milk teeth for a child’s development; Apart from chewing and digesting food, the milk teeth are also helpful in many other ways.
Speech development:
The milk teeth provide proper support for the teeth and the lips to develop speech among children. This is why we may notice that many toddlers with no teeth have slurred and broken speech while talking.
Nutrition:
At a young age, the child needs more proper nutrition, which helps them in their adult and old age. The milk or the primary teeth helps support adequate chewing of the food and extract maximum nutrition from the food.
Read also: Difference between Dental Implants and Dentures
Facial Development:
Facial development is one of the benefits of milk teeth. Milk teeth support your facial muscles and the jaw bones to develop soon. It helps your facial muscles to form a proper shape to establish a proper facial structure.
Oral hygiene:
One more fantastic advantage of milk teeth is that it helps cultivate proper oral hygiene among children from a young age. If the milk teeth are lost in the too early stages of your childhood, it can interrupt the development of the facial muscles.
Henceforth, milk teeth are necessary for your child’s facial development.
What is the difference between milk teeth and permanent teeth?
Here are a few differences between milk and permanent teeth; Read more.
Number of teeth:
In the case of the difference between milk teeth and permanent teeth, the milk teeth are twenty in number, whereas, in the case of the permanent teeth, they are thirty-two. Milk teeth erupt at the beginning of human development, whereas, in the case of permanent teeth, they erupt in later life.
Teeth size:
Size is the most noticeable difference between the milk and the permanent teeth. The milk teeth, also known as baby teeth, are minute and smaller in size; on the other hand, the permanent teeth are more significant and extensive.
Colour:
The colour is another significant difference between milk and permanent tooth. The milk teeth are whiteish when compared to the permanent tooth, whereas, on the other hand, the permanent tooth are yellowish.
Composition:
The composition of the milk and permanent tooth differ from that of the other. The milk teeth are made up of a thin enamel layer, whereas the permanent tooth have a thick enamel layer that prevents the attack of the cavities.
Pulp chambers:
Milk teeth have a large pulp chamber when compared to permanent teeth. Large chambers mean that the slightest trauma to the milk teeth results in nerve inflammation and subsequent tissues.
However, the differences between milk and permanent tooth vary, considering different factors. They differ in their physical aspects as well as their functions. Hence these are a few differences between milk teeth and permanent teeth.

The Importance of Tongue Cleaning
Most of us are stringent when it comes to Dental Care; we go for regular check-ups, brush our teeth regularly and are very careful of what we eat. Yet it is impossible to stay clear of dental issues and problems resurface every so often. Be it bad breath or weak bleeding gums, there is always a need for oral care.
No matter the amount of importance given to our teeth, oral hygiene remains incomplete. This is because the Tongue, also a part of Dental Care, gets forgotten in the process. The tongue is also exposed to the food and thus becomes a breeding ground for the germs and bacteria. Food particles also settle on the Tongue becoming the prime reason for bad breath in most cases. Importance of Tongue Cleaning is an essential routine that needs to be practiced along with regular Dental Care like Brushing, flossing and mouth wash.
Bad breath is not a dangerous problem but a serious issue whose roots lie in improper tongue cleaning. The tongue is the only organ that is starts on the inside (to the floor of the throat) and ends on the outside, resting on the lingual surfaces of the anterior incisors. As you breathe from your lungs through your throat, the mouth carries this foul smell due to the culturing bacteria that spread throughout your mouth and throat
There definitely is a solution to this issue and cleaning our tongue regularly can bring down the possibility of bad breath. Tongue Scrapers are the magic wands that help us remove the sediments on our tongue and rids us of the bacteria/germs that could potentially harm our Dental and normal health. Just scrape your tongue gently till you remove the yellow-white patch on your tongue. Rinse well, use a mouth wash if needed and you are done.
This is all the care that your tongue needs for you to stay clean with a minty breath!
Ayurveda often relates the colour of your tongue with your digestion; more often than not it is true. A dirty tongue gives an indication of a bad digestive system with a history of digestive problems. Therefore the necessity for a clean tongue has been stressed upon in Ayurvedic Treatments as well.
You could also brush your tongue if you do not want to use a scraper. Start from the outside and brush your way to the inside as far as possible.
These are a few basic measures to keep your oral problems at bay. For complete Dental Care and professional help we are there for you, at Dr. Smilez to give you a beautiful and healthy smile!

Different Types of Teeth and Their Functions?
As we grow, our body undergoes several changes, similar to our teeth. Initially, after the infancy stage, the kids develop the baby tooth up to a certain age. And after that, all those baby teeth are replaced with permanent teeth that last’s for a lifetime.
But do you know that teeth have their function and differ in their types? Yes, even in teeth, there are variances. Let’s check into this more in detail here through this article.
What is the structure of the teeth?
The teeth have a typical structure consisting of three layers: enamel, dentin, and pulp.
Enamel:
Enamel is the teeth’ most complex layer, which protects the inner layers from external damage, injury, and decay. It is the most complex tissue in the human body.
Dentin:
Dentin is the middle layer of the teeth that makes up most of the tooth structure. It has million-minute tubes connecting it from the life source of the tooth, the pulp.
Pulp:
The pulp is the innermost layer that is soft from the other two layers. It is made up of blood and nerves. It is the core layer of every tooth. The above part of the gum line is called the crown, and the lower part is called the root. The structure of the teeth is different in its way, just like all other parts of the body.
What different types of teeth do we have?
Many people don’t even know that we possess different types of teeth. Each differs in its structure and the function that it performs. However, there are four different types of teeth. They are;
Incisors.
Canines (also called cuspids).
Molars (also called bicuspids).
Premolars, including wisdom teeth.
We have eight incisors, four canines, eight premolars, and twelve molars. This is the pattern of teeth for adults. Well, children have different ways of growing teeth in their mouths. Children have ten teeth in both upper and lower jaws altogether, twenty teeth consisting of four incisors on both upper and lower jaw, two canines on both upper and lower jaws, and four molars on the upper and lower jaws.
Many infants’ teeth start erupting as soon as they turn six months, and by age three, all their twenty teeth erupt. Most people get back all their teeth up to the age of twenty-one.
What are Incisors?
Incisors are the first set of teeth that appears during infancy. It is used for biting your food. We have incisors on both the upper and lower jaws of your mouth. Incisors are usually eight in number four upper and four lower and are chisel-shaped with sharp edges, thin edges, and flat bottoms. It has narrow edges and are used for cutting. They are referred to as front or anterior teeth as they are revealed while smiling and talking.
What are Canines?
Canines are teeth located near the canines on both and upper jaws of your teeth. They are sharp, pointed teeth that are right behind the incisors that look like fangs. They have sharp pointed edges for tearing foods. The canines begin to appear right between the age of sixteen and twenty months. These teeth will erupt between the age of nine and twelve years. Canines are the strongest of all types of teeth, which are highly resistant to the force ad pressure caused by chewing. They are helpful to shear food, support your lips, and help assist your incisors and the premolars in chewing the food. Altogether we have four canines in our mouths.
What are Premolars?
Premolars are other different parts of teeth located next to the canines. There are four premolars on the top and four on the bottom. The premolars are more significant than the incisors and the canines but smaller than the molars. This helps chew, grind and crush the foods to make them easier to swallow. Premolars are teeth that help grind and chew food, making them into smaller pieces that make it easier to swallow. They have man ridges that help grind foods to smaller pieces. They are helpful in many ways apart from just chewing and eating your food.
What are molars?
Molars are teeth that are located behind the molars of your teeth. They are the strongest, most powerful, and flattest teeth ever after. They are large teeth with a flat surface that helps to chew the food and makes them easy to swallow. There are twelve molar teeth, six in the upper jaw and six in the lower jaw. The molars also include the wisdom teeth, the last set of teeth to come. They are helpful in proper chewing and also make you swallow your food easily without any difficulty.
How to take care of your teeth?
Even though the teeth differ in their functionality and types, they’re all equal in caring. Every tooth is vital and should be given equal importance. Here are a few easy ways to take care of your teeth;
Brush Regularly:
Brush your teeth regularly, as it will help to reduce and eliminate the bacteria from your mouth. It refreshes your breath and reduces bad breath, also. Brushing also prevents the formation of plaque and tartar build-up in your mouth and eliminates the germs and bacteria from your mouth as well.
Floss properly:
Never discredit the importance of brushing. It will help to eradicate the germs and bacteria that are also stuck in between your teeth. Flossing your teeth can be more helpful for you to prevent the formation of bacteria between your teeth.
Diet:
Another essential thing to take care of is your regular diet. Take care of your everyday diet and avoid sweets and snacks more frequently. Stay away from foods that harm your oral and dental health.
Hence, these are a few ways to take care of your teeth.

When should I visit the Pedodontists
'Prevention is better than cure'; I know you might have heard this proverb multiple times. It applies here as well. Dental care for the kid's teeth is as important as that of elders.
Start caring for your child's teeth just after the milk teeth erupt! Please don't wait for them to turn 3 or 4 or when they start going to school. You can visit the best dental clinic in Chennai or near you for your child's dental check-up. In this article, I'll explain to you the importance and best dental care for kids' teeth which you should be aware of and must make compulsory.
Read the blog till the end to know more!
What are all the common dental problems in Kids?
Here are a few common dental problems in kids which you need to analyze to take care of your teeth;
Tooth Decay:
Tooth Decay is one of the most common dental issues in children caused due to cavities. The main reason for this is due to a high intake of sugar. Yet, it is also common in adults; children are more prone to tooth decay.
Tooth decay could be prevented with appropriate brushing and flossing. Parents must make their children brush and floss twice daily to prevent tooth decay.
Sensitive Teeth:
Yes, you've heard it right. The sensitive tooth is an issue common not only in adults but also in children as well. Teeth sensitivity can occur due to cavities, newly erupted permanent teeth, teeth grinding, acid erosion, orthodontic teeth, and missing teeth. Sensitivity toothpaste, mouthwash, and gel can help you overcome this sensitivity issue of your teeth.
Dental Emergencies:
Dental Emergencies are one of the concerning issues in children, which refers to a sudden injury to the teeth. It is more common for children to participate in sports activities like athletes, football, cricket, etc. These accidents can cause teeth breaking, chipping, and cracking. To avoid such dental injuries, you can wear mouthguards for the safety of your teeth and overall health.
Gingivitis:
When talking about oral health, we should not only consider dental health issues, but we should also take gingivitis or gum diseases into account.
Even small kids have gum disease problems and suffer from gum conditions like gum bleeding, swollen gums, bruises on the gums, etc. The gum tissues in the mouth are accompanied by pain in the mouth and teeth.
Orthodontics:
Orthodontics is another important issue in children that has to be taken appropriate care of. In orthodontics, you might face several issues, like gaps between teeth, crooked teeth, alignment issues, upper and lower bites, and more. You can treat this by taking your child to the best kids' dentistry near you. You can choose the best braces for your child.
Thumb Sucking:
Thumb Sucking is the most reported dental issue in children, which is caused to children between 3-8 years of age. Mostly many parents want their children to address this specific issue. Thumb sucking doesn't significantly affect your oral health, but it can change how your child's teeth develop.
Dental Phobias:
Many children do have a fear of visiting the dentist, which is also known as dental phobia. It is common for children to fear dentists, but it is the parent's responsibility to make their child get rid of the fear of dentistry. Therefore it can be treated by taking your child to pediatric dentists, who can help eliminate the dental fear. Dental phobias are found not only in Children but also in some adults.
Hence these were some of the common dental issues children face in their lifetime.
How to take the best dental care for your kid's teeth?

Make your child brush their teeth twice a day. Brushing their teeth twice a day will help to prevent the cavities, germs, and bacteria that have ruined your child's teeth. Inappropriate brushing can lead to plaque build-up on the upper layer of the teeth and can result in tooth decay and tooth loss. Brushing your teeth is the primary step toward dental hygiene, which you take for your teeth.
Floss:
Apart from brushing, also see that you floss your teeth properly. Because brushing alone won't help to eradicate the bacteria. You must floss your teeth to remove the overall bacteria from your mouth and clear it from your mouth completely. Flossing can help prevent tooth decay condition of your mouth.
Fluoride:
Fluoride is considered essential as well as beneficial for your teeth, and it also nurtures your teeth in the best way possible.
