Bacon salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- Lettuce. - Bacon chopped in chunks. - 1 fistful of nuts. - 1 fistful currants. - 3 champignons chopped in chunks. - Oil, vinegar and salt.
Method:
Chop all ingredients in small chunks. Fry the bacon and rinse well. Mix remaining ingredients. Season with oil, vinegar and salt.

Assorted toast recipe
Ingredients:
- Bread. - Natural tomato. - Sliced cheese. - Grilling cheese. - Cold cuts (sausage, Serrano ham, regular ham, even chicken leftovers, or smoked salmon).
Method:
Slice the bread and toast it. Spread the natural tomato on the bread, cover with a slice of cheese. Next, put the cold cut or what you chose. Cover with plenty of grilling cheese. Take to oven to grill.
Tip:
Cover the oven rack with aluminum foil so that you perform each step on the oven rack and avoid dripping on the oven.

Asparagus flan Recipe
Ingredients:
- A bunch of asparagus. - 3 eggs. - Nutmeg. - ¼ kg York ham. - Black ground pepper. - Butter. - 1 package of whipping cream. - Bread crumbs .
Method:
Boil the asparagus, chopped, strain and stir-fry in butter. Add the eggs, beaten, the pepper, the nutmeg, the cream and the salt.
Grease muffin pan with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs to avoid sticking.
Place the York ham on the bottom and the asparagus on top. Fill with the egg mixture. Take to oven until it sets up.

Asparagus cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can of asparagus. - 1 leek. - 1 medium-sized potato. - 1 onion. - 1 package of whipping cream. - Salt, oil and black pepper.
Method:
Cut all the ingredients and stir-fry in little oil. Cook until the vegetables are tender (about 35 minutes).
Blend in blender when it’s done. Add the cream, salt and pepper, blend a few seconds more. It’s usually served with croutons.
