Day to Day Activities for Maintaining Brain and Body Health
Our day-to-day routines keep us active, but how productive you are, and is your brain active enough? We adopt many habits that keeps us from having a healthy mind and body. But, there are also habits that we can adapt to make the body and mind stronger. Here are some of those habits that help you groom your body and brain.

Eat Brain-food
Almost all of us find out about consuming wholesome meals to continue to keep our body healthy. Are you currently eating the most suitable foods for the human brain too? Attempt to incorporate eggs, juice, milk, fish (especially salmon and halibut) for a daily diet. 
Monitor Your Strolling Miles
The most significant portion of one's daily life would be spent sitting down? This isn't just going to cause stiffness in muscles, but it might lead to health problems as you're not doing enough exercise. It's a great idea to try and walk atleast 3,000 steps every day (you may compute your walk count using pedometer). Try to increase the count a little bit higher each day...
Work on your memory
Memory starts fading with poor health of the brain. Proper diet and proper sleep is a must for keeping the mind healthy, but that too is not enough. Playing memory games also helps to sharpen your memory. 
Improve Your Diet
Proper nutrition helps your mind, in addition to the entire body. For example, people who consume a diet that includes fruits, fish, vegetables, nuts, and unsaturated oils (coconut oil), plant sources of carbohydrates, and high potassium foods are less likely to develop cognitive impairment and dementia.
Get psychological stimulation
Emotionally stimulating tasks help build up the human brain. Read, decide to try"mental exercises," such as puzzles or mathematics problems. Experiment things which need manual dexterity in addition to emotional efforts, like painting, drawing, along with other crafts.
