So about a week ago, with everyone else in my household feeling under the weather, I decided why not get some fresh air. It was right after one of the daily rain shower's we've been having lately, and I thought the lighting was pretty good, seeing it was around dusk, and I had the Hippopossum with me, so why not snap some pics down at the playground? I wasn't there maybe 20 minutes, literally no one in sight except for me and the Hippopossum trying our best to look good for the camera. We were literally in the process of taking this, our last picture, as the sun had made it's way behind the mountains and my phone battery was quickly losing juice. Right as the camera flashed, the sound of rubber on gravel crackled behind us. And wouldn't you know! If it wasn't our friendly neighborhood sheriff's officer! Apparently, grown men taking pictures with Hippopossum's at a playground at sunset is a mighty suspicious sight, as someone had called and alerted him to our presence. I guess it's not a crime, as he said to take our time, and stay as long as we'd like! Too bad my battery died as the Hippopossum really wanted his picture taken with a real life officer of the law!
