Okay I did a quick Google and there is nothing on this whole not being able to interact with messages/notifications that helps is this a new bug or am I just not allowed to talk to people on this site anymore?

Yes it's true we technically could do a full switch over but the cost of doing so immediately is astronomical which is why states are doing it slowly other wise the 1% would be the only people not broke and the nation would be in a depression the likes few countries have seen before like pre Nazi Germany for example.
