Not sure if this is a bug, but no one has reported any crimes in the nearly 10 years the fort has been going. I have a captain of the guard and jail cells. I let a noble's demand expire just to see what would happen and a guy was jailed which created a closed case. But I need an open case to interrogate people I think (like the undead bard who keeps visiting). I've had multiple dwarves go ballistic during tantrums but nothing gets reported.

After taking a quick dunk in viscera, my soldiers are down...2. Doing pretty good for an army that relies on iron (slowly building up steel reserves using bat people spears and shields).

The rest of the siege either spawned here or just ended up here during the fight.

Some time has passed now and it's down to these two. The bowman, who has lost the ability to stand, just constantly shoots at anything that approaches the river's edge. His friend is unharmed and is probably just sticking around at this point for moral support.
