It kinda felt like fanservice at the end, tailored specifically for me. The well ghost and Yeo-ri became besties? I was demanding that from the very start of the drama!

The king and Gangcheori are bros now? They and those two guard guys & Grilled Abalone eunuch are now a found family? Hell yes!

Ok, wasn't expecting Gangcheori to be a girl dad but in retrospect it makes a lot of sense.

I have nothing but praise for this kdrama. Delivered exactly what it promised, never faltered from start to finish. So many kdramas I started become a disappointment towards the ends, not so with this one.

Would def recommend to people who like adventure / mystery / mild horror / slight romance stories.

every episode is better than the last. I was laughing out loud and smiling throughout... it's the small details that get me, like Beom-woo desperately trying to keep his pants on when gukbap kid pulls, so he doesn't flash everyone 😭😭 or the sheer disgust and horror that Chef Kang has at the idea she's Beom-woo's exgf 🤣🤣

this is one of the weirdest premieres I've seen... The body shaming of this poor lady is wiiild. But the comedy and goofiness is also hitting? Idk how to feel

why does this drama always skip the resolution to the case? one minute, the halmeoni is adamant on a divorce and the next scene she's willing to stay with him? last time, the couple was fighting with no resolution in sight. next second, they're renewing their vows.

but anyways, the old couple had me tearing tf up... Also how did they cast the younger actors, the resemblance was crazy good!

is it weird that I wanted to see a friendship form with Yeo-ri and the well ghost?? god, fuck that prince, I hope she drowns him... poor lady was about to let go of her rage and sorrow... period dramas rarely dwell on the consequences of a society where the 1% ruled like gods and could anything they liked with the common people.

Gang-cheol is so goofy and badass at the same time. in a drama that's otherwise very grim, the sheer joy and rapture he has with food (same bro). it's nice to Yeo-ri see slowly begin to see him as not totally selfish and antagonistic.

Yeo-ri is also so cool! she's competent, brave and willing to do the right thing while not going too far...

this drama is actually really good. it's not prestige television, but it's very gripping & entertaining in a pulpy horror/adventure kinda way. I thought the first 2 eps were good, if a little low energy, but the eps. 3 & 4 were genuinely so interesting, I was glued to the screen!! i hope they keep up this energy

Now that's it over... pretty mid. first few eps were super rough, it only got better towards end... and then it just spluttered out. I still think all of this cast deserved a better script.

I started bc of Kang Tae-oh... And he was good ... But I left as a Lee Sun-bin stan. Honestly one of most the gorgeous actresses I've ever seen, how come I've never heard of her

Her first husband choked and hit her, blamed her for childlessness and cheated on her.

Her second husband is utterly lovely to her but is a serial killer.

As far as I am concerned, n2 is an upgrade.

But like maybe next time just buy a pet and a vibrator.
