Day 8: When you step back, you truly appreciate how much natural beauty this country has. From the mountains, the water, the dirt, right on down to the people. Day 7: got to the person who inspired me to come down here in the first place, Sara from @chispaproject So glad we got to visit the school we painted last year & bring supplies! Also, we ended up in the paper & finished our latrines It's been a crazy week, ending with me crying last night but, I'm so proud to see all the work we've done down here. Day 6: I must admit, I do sometimes enjoy stirring the pot both literally & figuratively. Today was about going into Comayagua & disrupting that pot! Day 4: When the culmination of your work succeeds, there's nothing like it. We built another house for @honduras.cp ! Cemented the entire floor in record time! Day 3: it's about the people you meet. From Ed & Richard of the Rotary Club of FishHawk Riverview, to both Maria & Maria, the smartest sister duo translators & Chris photo bombing, to the Rotary Club of La Paz welcoming us, & @broussard2872 perfecting what it means to be a chef tonight.
