Dragonfly English Camps
Dragonfly English Camps are a company based in Thailand that organized camps for schools and educational institutes that are interested in providing English lectures to their students. They organize so many types of activities and camps for both teachers (who are interested in workshopping and teacher training) and students in various parts of Thailand.
Since the company is running for over 10 years, their aim is to improve English communication skills for both students and adults, give an opportunity for participants to meet people and develop new friendships, and promote teamwork through their activities.
Their experiences include workshops for public and private companies, directors, administrators, educational supervisors, and even government employees from many different ministries and departments. There are also elderly and senior citizen team-building activities, which is a great way to grow and broaden your teaching experiences that do not only include teaching kids!
Some of the packages that they offer (or you could choose depending on your needs) include popular destinations such as Cha-am, Hua Hin, Kanchanaburi, Chiang Mai, Ratchaburi, Kao Yai, Pattaya, Rayong, and etc. From these specific destinations include special activities that fit your needs accordingly to the trips. These trips range from beaches to field trip at fun parks, or even camping at hotels and resorts!
If you’re interested in earning extra bucks and have great fun teaching English to kids and adults, then be sure to check out the website for more information about their company and how to join their team at http://dragonfly-english-camps.com

Teaching Volunteer in Thailand
If you’re planning on having an amazing and memorable trip to Thailand and want to help make a change, you’ve landed in the right place. Here’s what YOU can do if you’re a native English speaker; you can help underprivileged students in Thailand gain their first-hand experienced in an English environment and education here by becoming a voluntary English teacher!
Now, I’ve gathered some of the non-profit organizations that offered voluntary work especially at teaching English subject at local schools around Thailand where most of these schools are low in staff and couldn’t provide the right resources and knowledge the underprivileged kids' needs. Two of the organizations I’ve found include:
A non-profit organization (but not charitable) called The Friends For Asia Foundation. This organization provides not only an opportunity for volunteers to choose from their many incredible projects such as orphanage, animals and outdoors (eg. homebuilding), women’s empowerment, and much more, you’re also able to choose between whether you would want to do the project in Bangkok city or a more greener place like Chiang Mai.
Their English teaching project not only include children from kindergarten but also include teaching Buddhist Monks as well! And if you are interested, check out their website at https://www.volunteerthailand.org for more information on their volunteer projects in Thailand.

The second organization is called the Volunteer Teacher Thailand (VTT) which is registered as a Charitable Foundation that serves voluntary English teaching for underprivileged students in Khao Lak. This organization is so successful that it had recently won a Green Excellence Award for the best volunteer organization in Thailand. If you love staying on an island, sight-seeing, and kids then hey! this might be your best option, because why not kill two birds in one stone right?
Once again, for more information including their fees and accommodation check out their website at https://volunteerteacherthailand.org
Making small steps and changes like helping our world could create enormous differences in making this world becoming a better place for all. Why not jump start on this voluntary journey by teaching? You never know what doors it could open to you! Next thing you know, you may already start on your teaching career. Of course, the minimum age requirement for these voluntary projects is 18, so if you’re a college student you may be interested to join amazing voluntary projects like these for your activity transcript as well as creating one or more unforgettable and rewardable experience in your life.
