Has anyone edited/updated the Sports Illustrated cover to replace DB with Aari, or Natasha, or Sophie or Lexie (or all of the above) because I was planning on having the team sign that when I go to a game in August and I lowkey think it would be funny if just have them all sign over DB, or make an updated cover.

Asking for help finding a Ron and Hermione fanfiction I saw on here a few months ago. There were multiple chapters, it was about how they had infertility issues, but Ron goes on a mission and Hermione finds out she's pregnant and she gets sedated for medical evaluation once Ron is back.

Spent my morning thinking about how Ron and Hermione's first kiss was over house-elves, and now I'm wondering if there were any other rough draft Romione kisses, or if it was always house-elf driven in the plot.

I've seen her content for about 24 hours, but Kylie Perkins seems to be like a female Jocko Willink with her message of getting after it. Telling all the mothers discipline/deep cleaning equals freedom.

my most toxic trait is i fucking love work gossip. i play neutral not to be the bigger person or take the high road but to hear slander and hearsay from every side. two coworkers complained about each other to me in the same afternoon and i nearly blacked out from the rush

Thinking about how we could have seen Hermione getting dragged into the woods to be assaulted, and Ron getting beaten has been on my Romione mind all day.

Thinking about how CS Lewis officially lost his faith, squelched in the mud and despair of the trenches in World War I, and wrote poetry railing against God—then made friends with Tolkien, who had lost quite literally all but one of his original friends just a hundred or so miles away in the same trenches. And how Lewis became The friend for Tolkien, which brought together a whole group of them. And how Tolkien brought his faith back to Lewis. And when the next dark night came, when the Germans were bombing them in their own homes this time, the BBC cast about for a voice to provide faith and hope to the nation, and found Lewis to do it. The man who’d been crushed by the last trenches and brought out of it by faith. And meanwhile Tolkien with the encouragement of his friend Lewis would be creating eucatastrophe in his epic that would settle for Tolkien and many others the gloom of despair into unlooked for hope.

ron and hermione saying “always the tone of surprise” is so much more than a cute parallel to me. them softly reminding each other that they’ve both grown out of the misconceptions they had about one another. ron calling out hermione when she sounded surprised that he was brilliant out there, reminding her that she sometimes underestimated his capabilities despite him having proven himself over the years. and hermione doing the same to him when he was absolutely floored by how beautiful she looked, reminding him how he insinuated that he didn’t even consider her a girl a few years ago. the best part is that they both acknowledge their shortcomings silently and understand that they’ve both fixated on a wrong fact about one another in an attempt to bury their feelings, but now they’ve matured just enough. it captures their transition from bickering kids to understanding of age teens so well.

"Hardback!? They don't even have this at the library!"
Saw this and was immediately reminded of Hermione Granger.

If your reason for not shipping Ron and Hermione is because of all their bickering... you have a child's grasp of their characters.
Ron has five brothers and a little sister. You have to be quick witted to keep up with the amount of friendly fire going on inside that house. The loudest gets heard. He's always ready for a fight.
Hermione secretly judges people by their ability to keep up with her intellectually. Condescension is a reflex. It pushes people away before they can actually match her (because god forbid she lose).
Unstoppable force meets immovable object. Ron can't stop once he gets started and Hermione is too stubborn to admit she's wrong. And, the thing is, they both clearly love it.
Hermione wouldn't want a "yes" man and Ron wouldn't want someone who can't handle teasing. He challenges her intellect, and she gets an intellectual challenge. It's a win win.
