So I’m slowly starting not to eat as much and when that happens i usually stop eating I’m drinking more water today so that’s good I wanna stop eating but at the same time I don’t but my mind is telling me I need to lose weight?

I gave my food to my dog so I didn’t have to say I kinda feel bad but I don’t wanna eat

I’m having really bad thoughts rn I’m really close to self harming rn Idk what to do anymore my depression is bad right know my bipolar is acting up I just feel so broken 😞💔

Im at a breaking point were I’m just ready to give up I bet one one would even care it’s just so hard we’re I’m ready for the pain to go away
