DBZ: United Saiyans (RotS sequel) | Prologue

The newly crowned King Vegeta IV sits in his throne. Every saiyan bows down to him to listen to what he has to say. Vegeta stands up, brushing the purple cape behind him to show his shining armor. A saiyan television crew pans the camera to the king and the royal throne.

Vegeta: My fellow saiyans! On this day, March 18, We are now free people! We are no longer allying ourselves with outsiders! Frieza's tyranny is over! For years we have been betrayed, always telling us what to do, when to do it and how to do it! He destroyed our entire planet and wiped us all out! But here we are, stronger than ever! The saiyan race shall do as they please! The saiyans live on! Planet Vegeta is free at last!

*The saiyans cheer loudly in the royal hall, Nappa looks on with a smile. He looks to Vegeta with a smile on his face*

Vegeta: Of course none of this would be possible if it weren't for our saviors. Our very own Grand Vizier, Nappa. And one of our very own proud saiyan warriors, Raditz!

*A giant screen appears behind Vegeta to show a front picture of Raditz. The saiyans cheer loudly again at the sight of Raditz. Confetti and pyro pop from every direction behind the throne as all of the saiyans chant Raditz name. Nappa steps away from the throne down to the ground and calls Bardock*

Nappa: Bardock, do you read me?

Bardock: Yes Nappa… What's going on over there? Is there some sort of party going on without me?

Nappa: Today is a celebration! Saiyans are chanting Raditz’ name! He's hailed as the hero of our race. I wish you could see this. Where is Raditz anyway?

Bardock: He's right here. *Hands the scouter to Raditz* Raditz: Hello? Nappa? What’s going on over there? Nappa: The entire planet is celebrating you! When you come back form earth we need to do some sparring like you promised! Raditz: They're celebrating me? Just me? Shouldn't you and King Vegeta receive credit as well? Nappa: Well, it’s his orders. But hey, I gotta go. They’re serving chicken and dumplings and I gotta have a plate! See ya! *Just outside the saiyan hall, Vegeta and Nappa request a pod*

Vegeta: Nappa, remember that deal we made with Guru? Nappa: What deal? Vegeta: The deal to retrieve the dragon balls and return them back to Namek. Nappa: Those dragon balls can be anywhere! Vegeta: Have you forgotten that I have the locator? It won't be hard to track them down as long as we have this. Nappa: Well then let's go now! What if that Guru guy finds out we didn't retrieve any of them? Vegeta: You're right… Let's assemble our squad again for the search! They have proven worthy to be a part of the elite team of saiyan warriors.

DBZ: Downfall of Vegeta (short story parody)

April 30, age 745 In a small room, King Vegeta and a couple of other high ranking saiyan military officers gather around a table with a map of the entire location of the battle of Planet Vegeta. They discuss the battle plans.

Totepo: Frieza's army made a breakthrough. They took Zesson's keep and are now advancing towards Dorfstahn. They're at the northern city border, between Nauhfro and Kowpan. In the east, they reached Lich's Mountain, Mahl's valley and Shorstkarl plains.

Vegeta: If Bardock attacks, everything will be alright.

Totepo: Your highness… Bardock…

Pumbokin: Bardock didn't have enough force. The attack didn't take place.

*The king pauses for a little bit, takes off his glasses, strokes his beard and looks up*

Vegeta: If I call your name… stay in the room with me. Toma, Pumbokin, Totepo, Selipa.

*Everybody but Toma, Pumbukin, Totepo and Selipa leave the room. Toma sweats profusely as the others in the room look down in shame. The king looks up at all of them once every other officer leave the room*

Vegeta: That was an order!! Bardock's attack was an order!! How dare you ignore my orders?? Is this what it has come to? The military has been lying to me, even the SKP!! The generals are no more than a bunch of disloyal cowards!

Toma: I can't permit you to insult the soldiers…

Vegeta: Cowards, traitors and incompetents!

Toma: Your highness, this is outrageous!

Vegeta: The generals are the scum of the saiyan race… No sense of honor. You call yourself a general because you have spent years at the academy… where all you did was learn to punch and kick! For years, the military obstructed me. All you ever did was thwart me! I should have had all the high ranking officers executed, as King Cold did!

*The king wipes his forehead and sits down after pacing the room around with the saiyan officers*

Vegeta: I never went to any academy, yet I conquered many planets all on my own. Traitors… I've been betrayed and deceived from the start! Such enormous betrayal of the saiyan race. But all these traitors will pay… with their own blood. They will drown in their own blood!!

*Outside of the room, many saiyan officers and nurses listen in on the king's big rant. Gine cannot stop crying*

Nurse: Calm down, Gine.

*The king looks down at his hands and knows his loss*

Vegeta: All of my orders have been ignored. How can I be a king under these circumstances? It's over.

*Toma swallows hard as he knew the fate of the day from the very start*

Vegeta: The war is lost. But if you think that this means I will leave the planet, you are wrong. I'd rather take a gallick gun to the chest! Do what you want…

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Epilogue

Gine locates Kame house where Goku and all his friends live on the tiny island. She is very nervous to meet him and the other friends there. Goku and Krillin are watching TV together, Master Roshi and Oolong play a game of cards. Gohan and Bulma are studying together. They hear a ship in the distance.

Krillin: Is that a ship? They don't normally pass by around here do they?

Bulma: No, they don't…

Goku: I sense a really strong power level but it doesn't seem to be threatening. I'm gonna go take a look. Everyone stay inside.

*Goku goes outside to find a ship landing on the shore close to the house. Gine recognizes Goku instantly and tears stream down her face. She slowly gets out of the ship and looks at Goku and smiles. Goku looks back at Gine and is very confused*

Goku: Hello ma'am. Is there something I can help you with?

Gine: Kakarot… my sweet baby boy!

Goku: Huh? Kakarot?

*Gine hugs Goku and cries on his shoulder. He doesn't move but tries to comfort her*

Goku: Um… are you… okay?

Gine: It has been so many years since we last saw you… you're all grown up! You look exactly like your father!

Goku: We? My father? I have one of those?

Gine: Of course you do silly, and I'm your mother!

Goku: MY MOTHER??

Gine: I know this is a lot to take in, Kakarot. It is a very long story and we have a lot of catching up to do… I'm just so happy to see you again after all this time…

Goku: I'm sorry ma'am, I don't really know who this Kakarot guy is. My name is Son Goku. I'm from earth.

Gine: Actually, Kakarot was the name given to you by your father on your home planet of Vegeta. That's where you're really from.

*Krillin takes a step outside the front porch with Gohan*

Krillin: Hey Goku, is everything okay over there?

Goku: Yeah it's all good! Everyone can come out now!

Gine: We must wait here for your father and brother to arrive. They want to see you too.

Goku: I have a brother too??

Gine: The entire family is going to be reunited, Kakarot! This is wonderful!

*Another ship can be seen in the distance. Goku senses these stronger power levels coming towards him*

Goku: Guys, you might wanna go back in the house. I really have no idea what's going on.

Gine: It's okay, Kakarot. It's just your father and brother.

*The ship lands on the shore next to Gine's ship. Bardock and Raditz step out of the ship. Goku's eyes meet with Bardocks, then over to Raditz. They walk up to Goku who's on his guard*

Bardock: *smiles and chuckles* Well I'll be damned. It's great to see you, Kakarot. I'm Bardock, your father.

Goku: So you're my father. We have the exact same hair!

*Everyone in Kame house looks on from inside the window at the saiyan family*

Krillin: Guys look! That other man looks EXACTLY like Goku. Same hair and all! Now I'm gonna have a hard telling those two apart. They're practically twins!

Gohan: Daddy!

Krillin: Wait! Gohan come back! We don't know those guys!

*Gohan opens the door and runs towards Goku*

Gohan: Daddy!

Goku: Go back inside, Gohan. Stay with Krillin.

Gine: Awww who is this? He is the most adorable child ever!

Bardock: Did that kid just call you daddy?

Goku: Uh yeah. This is Gohan, he's my son.

Raditz: You have a son??

Goku: Yup. And I guess you're my brother, huh?

Raditz: Yes, your older brother as a matter of fact. I'm Raditz. I was only a child about your son's age when you were born. Do you know of your saiyan roots, Kakarot?

Goku: Ehhh kinda, I go by Goku on earth. That's what my friends call me.

Bardock: What happened to your tail??

Goku: Oh yeah, I removed it when I was a kid. I looked at the full moon one time and turned into a giant ape and destroyed a lot of things. I thought it had something to do with my tail, so I got it removed. I havent turned into a giant ape since, even after I looked at the full moon.

Bardock: *sigh* We have a lot to talk about…

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Chapter 26: Aftermath

The saiyans win the day. Frieza is dead. The Frieza force has retreated. Cooler has escaped to his side of the galaxy. Captain Ginyu is now the head of Frieza's army. Vegeta is terribly wounded, his face dirty with black stains, tears, and blood. Nappa carries the semi-conscious prince in a pod to take him to the same hospital his father was taken to. Team Bardock celebrates at the bar with their favorite drinks.

Nappa: Okay Vegeta, try not to move a muscle. Relax and stay put. Before I take you to the hospital, can you talk?

Vegeta: *coughs up mucus on Nappas chest*

Nappa: Great, I got you some water.

*Nappa drives Vegeta to the hospital where they take him in. The same nurse that took care of the King now takes care of the prince*

Nurse: Oh my god! He looks to be in very severe critical condition. It's a good thing you came here when you did, Nappa. If you came a little later, he would've suffered the same fate as his father…

Nappa: I'm going to be in the other room.

Nurse: Okay. We are going to get to work on him right away.

*Bardock and Raditz are in a ship en route to earth. Bardock sits in the front and Raditz sits next to him in the passenger seat*

Bardock: You know, before the war started, your mother wanted to go to earth to see Kakarot. Now we just have to find where they are. She should have found him by now but I never got a response.

Raditz: Isn't earth supposed to be destroyed by now? Or at least not inhabited by those filthy humans?

Bardock: You do realize Kakarot was a baby when he was sent there. It takes time for a saiyan infant to really gain his strength. He might be slaughtering the humans right now.

Raditz: Maybe we can go back to our planet broking business and make the process for him go by quicker if he isn't doing the job right.

Bardock: Yeah well, we can probably convince him to come back home. He may be a valuable asset to us.

*Suddenly, Bardock gets a call on his scouter. It's Gine*

Gine: Bardock, are you there?

Bardock: Yes Gine, I'm with Raditz. We are on our way to earth to look for you.

Gine: Okay well I haven't located Kakarot yet but I know he should be around here somewhere.

Bardock: If you still haven't found him yet, we will meet up with you and we can look for him together.

Gine: I assume you guys won the war?

Bardock: Yes we did. But the king joined us in the fight and… He ended up getting killed by Frieza. I tried to stop him but I was too late…

Gine: Oh my god… now do you see why I told you war was meaningless??

Bardock: We had to do something, Gine! If we didn't defend ourselves, you and Kakarot would've been the only saiyan survivors!!

Gine: Raditz, are you there? How are you feeling?

Raditz: I'm doing fine, mother. The war was no sweat for me. I took down those meatheads as soon as I saw them. I'm just glad you were away from battle so you wouldn't get hurt.

Gine: You have no idea how proud I am of you, Raditz. You're growing up and becoming just like you're father. You've become a hero to the saiyan race.

Raditz: Thank you, mother. We just picked up your location on our scouters. We are making our way to you now.

Gine: Okay I managed to find Kakarot. I'll wait for you here.

Bardock: Okay we will see you there.

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Chapter 25: Falling Action

The battle rages on as the saiyans fight the Frieza/Cooler force. Frieza and Cooler leave Vegeta in the front of the ship as it makes a siren noise. Bardock punches through the metal of the ship to find Frieza and Cooler with looks of shock. Bardock's enraged face contracts with his veins pulsating out of his neck, and forehead. Dirt and debris cover his hair.

Bardock: YOU!! This is the last time you ever mess with us Frieza!! I'm going to tear this ship apart piece by piece and make sure you don't get away!!

Frieza: You monkeys are insane! I'm getting out of here!

*Frieza bolts for the exit as Bardock blasts the doors and they lock shut. Vegeta struggles to get up as Cooler grabs him and slams his face on the metal walls repeatedly. Bardock climbs inside to fight Frieza as they throw fists at each other. One punch connects with one face as the other one does*

Cooler: This is the end for you, saiyan prince. I will personally give my condolences to the king.

King: You will let my son go this instant!

*Cooler turns around to look at King Vegeta with his arms crossed, flying in midair 6 feet above the ground. Cooler once again drops Vegeta who looks lifeless*

Cooler: Well if it isn't the king of all saiyans himself. How shocking, I could've sworn I tore through your lungs with that blast.

King: Lucky me.

*The king whips out a plasma lasso and whips it in Coolers direction, bringing him close to his face. Cooler struggles to breathe as the lasso constricts Cooler's neck tighter and tighter as he exhales each time*

King: Your father would be so disappointed in you, creating conflicts with the saiyan race. That is the last mistake you will ever make!

*The king pulls out a knife and raises it high. His cold eyes looking dead at Cooler. Frieza sees this and charges at the king to take away the knife successfully*

Frieza: I should have done this ages ago! Better late than never!

Bardock: Stoppp!!

*Bardock gets up as fast as he can to stop Frieza from stabbing the king, but it's too late. The knife pierces through the kings wound where he was blasted, tearing through the heart muscle as he bleeds out. The king's life fades away from his eyes as he falls to the ground, blood pooling profusely out of his chest cavity*

Bardock: NOOOOOOOO!!!

*Bardock stares in horror at his fallen king. He falls to his knees, his eyes locked on to the king, lifeless. Frieza laughs triumphantly until he is also stabbed in the back. Vegeta holds the sword that impales Frieza*

Vegeta: This… is for my… father…

*Both Frieza and Vegeta fall to the ground as Cooler stands a few feet away from them. He walks towards Bardock*

Cooler: This has been fun and all, but I better get going. Destroying the planet was my brother's plan, not mine. Now that he's dead I just wanted to say that I foresaw all of this coming. It's time to end this.

Bardock: It sure is!

*Bardock throws a punch to Cooler who blocks it. He flies and breaks the front window of the ship. Bardock sits on the pilots seat and looks for the controls. He eases the ship down to crush most of the Frieza/Cooler army. They end up retreating as the saiyan arms yell and shout in victory. Nappa and Raditz run into the ship and opens the cockpit. They are horrified to see the bodies laying on the floor. Raditz walks towards Bardock and the King. Nappa runs to Vegeta who is tearing up at the death of his father. He was brought back once, but not again*

Nappa: Come now, Vegeta. We can't stay here.

Vegeta: *sobbing* Father…

Bardock: It's over Raditz… We won, but at a cost.

Raditz: What happened?

Bardock: I tried to save the king from being stabbed but… I was too late. Prince Vegeta will be crowned the king tomorrow… Even though being king is what he always wanted… he never wanted it to end like this.

*Bardock gets a call from Tora on his scouter. They make way for the other allies to walk into Frieza's ship*

Tora: Tora to Bardock, We've located the bomb and defused it successfully. How are things looking on your end?

Bardock: Tora… King Vegeta is dead.

Tora: WHAT?? How about Frieza?

Bardock: Vegeta killed him… and then Cooler escaped… it looks Vegeta is in really bad shape. Get some medics over here now!

Tora: 10-4, we called for back up and making our way to your position now!

Bardock: Nappa, Raditz and I are leaving. Give us any updates on Vegeta's condition.

Nappa: Roger that.

Raditz: Where are we going, father?

Bardock: We are going to the planet earth. Your mother wants to see Kakarot… And we are going to join her.

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Chapter 24: Joining Warfare

The war on planet Vegeta has begun. The saiyan arms and the Frieza/Cooler force fight on the ground. Blasts of energy are flying everywhere. The rest of Bardock's team fight on the ground where the Ginyu Force and the Cooler squad fight them. Soldiers fall many after the other. Bardock uses all his power to try to break through Frieza's ship. Nappa, Raditz, Zarbon and Dodoria fight on the ground where the battle of the other soldiers are taking place. King Vegeta wakes up in the hospital bed as he hears the sounds of warfare outside in the distance.

*A saiyan nurse walks in to bring the king breakfast. He smiles at the nurse*

Nurse: Good morning, your highness. Here is your breakfast for today.

King: Thank you, nurse. *takes the plate with a fork and a knife and eats*

*The nurse opens the blinds of the window to let sunlight in. She recognizes the ship in the far distance instantly. Smoke is billowing from the outside of the hull*

Nurse: What is Lord Frieza doing here? Did he say he was visiting?

King: Miss… there appears to be a war transpiring before us. Frieza does not visit often. But when he does, it is not pleasant…

Nurse: I assume this is about your assassination attempt, your highness?

King: That's part of it, yes. But the bigger picture is that Lord Frieza tried to end our race in the blink of an eye. *Drinks his coffee* He is very afraid that the saiyans are getting way too powerful. Now tell me. If you were the empress of a galaxy and you were afraid that the saiyans were getting to strong and dangerous, would they even pose a threat to you?

Nurse: Not at all, your highness. I would only form an alliance with that race to benefit their society and keep strengthening them to make them thrive.

King: That is what a normal ruler would do. But Frieza is anything but normal. I had my suspicions from the day he became the new ruler of this side of the galaxy. He is nothing like his father, whom I knew very well. His name was King Cold. Unlike the namesake, he was honorable, noble, always kept his word, had every admirable trait in the book. But most of all… he was a good friend. He passed away many years ago from an illness when Frieza was only a child. His teenage brother Cooler at the time was sent off to rule the opposite part of the galaxy. This is why Frieza became the madman he is today. If King Cold were here to see all of this chaos… he would be very disappointed in both of his sons…

Nurse: I didn't know any of this, your highness. I hope you recover soon so that way you can join the prince in battle.

King: *Opens his eyes wide as he finishes his coffee* What did you say?

Nurse: Prince Vegeta is fighting Frieza at this very moment. I overheard him talking about wanting to start this war to get rid of Frieza once and for all. I guess it's happening now from the looks of it.

King: Has my son lost his mind?? I heard him talking about wanting to kill Frieza but I didn't know he wanted to do it himself!! I'm going over there to stop this madness! I don't care how damaged I am! He is NOT stronger than Frieza!

Nurse: He even told you that he was going to do it, your highness. I was there a few days ago when he said it! I feel like you should have at least a little bit of faith in your own son right?

King: This cannot be happening today…

*King Vegeta struggles to get out of his bed. He clutches his abdomen as he still feels a great amount of pain. The nurse tried to stop him but pushes her out of the way*

Nurse: Are you sure you’re feeling better, your highness? This war is going to be very detrimental to your health and well-being!

King: I will make sure my son doesn’t get into any more trouble then he already is. If he dies at the hands of Frieza, then it’s my fault. There will be no one left. Eventually I will pass on and then there will be no one to rule the planet. That is something I cannot bear to witness. My grandfather started this kingdom of valiant warriors. If it ends with me and my son both dying, the planet and the saiyans would be in great ruin… I must go. To save the saiyan race, and the royal bloodline.

Nurse: If you insist, your highness…

*The king walks out of the hospital room and into the main lobby where everyone watches him limp. They offer him help but he is not having any of it. He walks out into the sun, the clear vision of war in the distance. He thinks about his reign and about how it could all be over soon. He thinks about his son, Vegeta IV, who is fighting a tyrant who has been secretly plotting the destruction of the planet since the initial alliance. His face is determined as he flies towards the battlegrounds*

King: This is all going to end today. I will see the end of Frieza, Cooler and their men if it's the last thing I do…

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Chapter 23: Soldier Hype

The saiyan army vs the Frieza/Cooler force get ready for war. The Frieza/Cooler force are stationary across the skies of planet Vegeta far away from the saiyans. Vegeta, Raditz and Nappa approach the back of Frieza's ship where Frieza, Zarbon and Dodoria are watching. The Ginyu Force lead the charge to planet Vegeta. Bardock and the other team members give a pep talk to their battalions.

*Bardock stands across his battalion. Like a drill sergeant, he walks back and forth looking at all the soldiers*

Bardock: TEN HUT!!

*The soldiers stand firm facing Bardock with hands at their sides with straight faces*

Bardock: Alright ladies! This is not a fight for the weak hearted! As you all know, Frieza has betrayed all of us. We have fought alongside him for many years, but he is no longer an ally. He is the main enemy, and he plans to destroy our planet along with every last one of us. Are we going to let that happen??

Battalion #1: SIR, NO SIR!!

Bardock: You are all saiyan soldiers for a reason! You have fought many times and always came out on top! In this case, you are all most likely going to lose your lives in this fight. But you all knew what you signed up for when you joined the saiyan arms. Frieza is strong… but we are stronger! The saiyans of yesteryear fought fearlessly whenever we came under attack. You are all fearless just like our forefathers. Like any other battle, we are going to push Frieza back and we are going to give it all we've got! Understood??

Battalion #1: SIR, YES SIR!!

*Frieza, Cooler, Zarbon and Dodoria watch their legion of troops move in on planet Vegeta*

Zarbon: The troops have now landed on planet Vegeta. Shall we advance, my lord?

Frieza: Proceed.

*The Frieza/Cooler force land on the ground very far away from the saiyans. Frieza and Cooler look down on the planet. Cooler crosses his arms while Frieza puts his behind his back and smiles*

Dodoria: Hehehe… They ain't gonna know what hit 'em.

Vegeta: We already do, Dodoria.

*Everyone turns around to see Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz ready to fight while Zarbon and Dodoria step in front of Frieza and Cooler*

Frieza: Hmph, I suspected as much. Not the first time this has happened. But it will be the last.

Cooler: So these are the saiyans… I don't think we've been well aquainted, have we?

Vegeta: We know damn well who you are, Cooler. But we don't really care. You want to blow up our planet and end us all? That's not going to happen. The saiyans have returned! And unfortunately for you, you're not going to be around long enough to see it!

Frieza: I'm afraid you're wrong about that, Prince Vegeta. My army is making an advance on your planet as we speak. And before you know it, you will be extinguished like everyone else!

*Vegeta pushes Zarbon and Dodoria out of his way and tries to attack Frieza. Cooler punches Vegeta and he falls to the ground. Zarbon tackles Raditz out of the ship and Dodoria clashes with Nappa once again*

Vegeta: *shakes off his pain* You know what, Frieza? I commend you for your persistance of trying to get rid of all of us. Now you realize you've failed in your plans… You can't stop us Frieza. Even with your army…

Cooler: My brother was right about you. Such a terribly proud prince you are. Prouder than any living being in the galaxy. But it’s time to put all of that to an end!

*Cooler grabs Vegeta by the throat and chokes him. Vegeta struggles to get out of his grasp. Suddenly they hear a loud thumping from underneath the ship, Cooler drops Vegeta as he coughs trying to catch his breath*

Frieza: What the devil is that noise?

Bardock: FRIEZAAAA!!!

Frieza: Not him again!

*Vegeta struggles to get up as Cooler steps on his chest. Vegeta blasts Cooler off of him to get to Frieza. The thumping sound gets louder and louder. Cooler goes to check the outside of the ship where Bardock is punching the metal walls. The damage is catastrophic*

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Chapter 22: This Means War

The next day, Vegeta, Nappa, Raditz, Bardock and his team all sit in a mess hall eating lunch. They all talk to each other when Vegeta gets the message from his scouter that the spy had sent him before getting crushed in the vent. He taps on Nappa's shoulder to let everyone know that something is up. Everyone else gets up from the table and exits the hall. Vegeta stands in front of everyone to brief them on the next move.

Vegeta: I just got a message from the spy. This message is crucial to our race's very survival. It turns out Frieza and his men plan to destroy the planet from the inside. He knows about the core. He knows how reactive it is. If they even get close to it, the results can be catastrophic…

Tora: Soooo… we're going to protect the planet core?

Vegeta: We need to intercept the route they're going to take and push them back. It's going to take more than our best men to do the job right…

Nappa: Unless we can take it a step further and track the beginning of their attack and stop him there. That way he won't even reach the planet itself, let alone the planet's core.

Bardock: We don't even know where or when he's going to attack. If we anticipate his every move we need to have multiple lookouts. One near the core, one out here on level ground, and the other in the sky. We create a division of each of the armies we have to push them back before they reach us.

Tora: Why does Frieza want us all dead anyway? We served alongside him loyally.

Raditz: Frieza is nothing but a galactic overlord. He wants to take over the entire galaxy. The only ones threatening him in his plans is us. The saiyans are the only race in the galaxy that have the power to overthrow him. And deep down, he knows that…

Vegeta: We have fought valiantly for thousands of years to make sure the saiyans stay on the top of the food chain. We are the most powerful race in the universe, I'll be damned if I let a freak like Frieza end us all to near extinction again! We are going to bring the fight to Frieza and defend our home, or we will die trying!

*Vegeta now sits atop his father's throne. As King Vegeta rests in his bed as the doctors look after him. Vegeta orders the saiyan armies elite, middle and low class to all defend the planet. The saiyans shine and wear their armor and put on their scouters, they ready their equipment and their weapons. Vegeta stands up as the saiyans chant. He puts on his scouter, Nappa and Raditz do the same. Bardock and his team all gather together and walk out on the front line of the elite soldier group, they pound fists. Bardock walks to Raditz, they shake hands and butt heads. Raditz cracks his knuckles as the chants continue*

Raditz: This is for you mother��� and Gorza… I shall avenge you my sweet girl…

Bardock: So you and Gorza were more than friends after all?

Raditz: I just appreciate the last few minutes I spent with her before our first mission together father… I hate to admit it, but I am going to miss her dearly. I will make sure Zarbon and Dodoria both regret ever messing with us.

Vegeta: You mean WE.

Raditz: Huh?

Bardock: *Smirks and steps to the side for Vegeta and Nappa*

Vegeta: You, me, and Nappa are going to pay Frieza and his goons a visit. It's going to be the last time they see us. For good.

Raditz: We… we three?

Vegeta: We were the ones who revived the planet and brought everyone back. This is our revenge! The saiyans have returned and I will make sure you are hailed as a hero of the saiyan race along with Nappa and I.

Nappa: Come on Raditz. Let's stick it to Zarbon and Dodoria! Then you and I will do some sparring afterwards.

Raditz: Very well, then!

Vegeta: Excellent. Let's get going to the pod and sneak through the back of Frieza's ship. He will not suspect us.

Raditz: Are you going to be okay, father?

Bardock: Yes Raditz. Me and the team are going to command our own battalions. We are going to give it all we've got.

Raditz: Let's do it.

Bardock: Good luck, Raditz.

*Raditz and Bardock hug each other. The trio that revived the planet and the race go to their pod to ambush Frieza. Bardock and his team go to the battalions they are commanding. The war for planet Vegeta is about to begin*

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Chapter 21: Frieza's Board

In the outer reaches of space, Frieza, Cooler and 100 men from their government all sit in a room planning the next attack. In the middle, The Ginyu Force, Dodoria, Zarbon, Neiz, Doore and Salza sit at a round table with Frieza and Cooler discussing their attack options.

Frieza: Greetings gentlemen, I've gathered you all here today to discuss our attack options for planet Vegeta. The saiyans are getting stronger and stronger by the day. Even when they are humbly defeated, they manage to gain more power. The only way to stop them is not by hurting them into submission, but by eliminating their entire race… again. I almost succeeded in this plot. However, I missed a few stragglers that have somehow revived everyone and the planet back into existence. We need to research why this happened.

*The men all talk to each other quietly in a cacophony of murmurs and whispers*

Cooler: If the saiyans find out what we are planning, our opportunity to attack will be futile. Our goal is to always strike first before they even get the chance. Their army is nothing to sneeze at. We had good reason to form an alliance with them because of their power, because of their speed, techniques and their overall personality as warriors to get the job done. But they are also very smart and cunning. My question to you all is… how exactly are we going to destroy them all, and when?

*The room is filled with quiet talking and murmuring. A member of the board stands up to speak*

MotB #1: Lord Frieza, by any chance, have you recently been attacked by the saiyans in a black operation?

Frieza: Why yes… as a matter of fact I have. We were taken into custody of the saiyan king after the big fight me and my elite soldiers had with their insignificant rebellion. Thankfully my brother showed up just in time for us to make our big escape. Quite unexpected, but we are fine where we are now.

Motb #2: Lord Frieza, we can make a black operation of our own. We just go to planet Vegeta and find a way to blow the planet up again, but this time where the saiyans don't even know when it will happen. Instead of blowing it up from the outside, we can create a nuclear bomb that has the capacity to decimate entire worlds.

*Frieza puzzles and stops for a second, his smile grows larger and larger as he envisions the planet implode in on each other then explode outward*

Cooler: We do have a major problem with that, however. The saiyan elite soldiers. Yes, they may have run off to protect their king, who is all high and mighty. But if and when we strike, they are most likely going to be there to protect the core too.

Jeice: Correct me if I'm wrong, mate. We do have an army of our own. Matter of fact, YOU have an army of your own don't you, Mr. Cooler? They only have their army of saiyans big and small. We have an army that spans across many other races. There's no way we can lose this one.

Cooler: That is correct, Jeice. So, tell me. Explain to the board why you've been unsuccessful in taking down a small group of saiyans, and I took down their king who, need I remind you is the most powerful saiyan of them all?

Jeice: Uh- well… I um…

Burter: I told you not to interrupt him.

Recoome: Recoome agrees.

Frieza: We can deal with the destruction a little bit later. Right now we need to research about these… dragon balls.

Motb #1: The dragon balls are from Namek. They sculpted them centuries ago. There are a total of 7. If you collect them all you can be granted any wish you want.

Frieza: And that's what happened… We need to go to Namek and get them for ourselves!

Cooler: I'm afraid it's a lot more complex than it may seem. You see, the dragon balls are a very rare set of artifacts that hold power so immense that we cannot even begin to fathom what they can do. The Namekians were very smart. They made them so that after you make your 3 wishes, they scatter across the galaxy for the next wandering explorer to find them once more. Fortunately for us, technology has advanced to detect them within a good enough distance.

Motb #3: So then, Mr Cooler. What exactly do you propose?

Cooler: It is quite simple really. Very grandiose even, but simple. Me and my brother here have fantastic armies. We all have our strengths and our weaknesses. But we can use them to our advantage. The Frieza Force is nothing but that. A force, and a great one. They push through like an assaulting stampede. Crushing and demolishing any enemies in their path. Very blunt, straight forward, but also very strong and brash. My army is different. You see, what we lack in strength and power, we make up for with sheer cunning and strategy. Since my brother here is very good at strategizing, I'm usually the one with the blunt force. It all works out with a good trade off.

*The board talks for a few minutes and comes to a decision. Frieza closes his eyes and ponders. A member of the board speaks up*

MotB #2: Alright Lord Frieza, Mr Cooler. The plan is set. We all go to Namek to demand the dragon balls from the Namekians. At the same time our top scientist team will gather research about developing a nuclear planetary weapon to use on planet Vegeta.

Cooler: Excellent. There shall be nobody to stop us this time. We shall start as soon as we can. Commence with the mission briefing to all of our military branches.

*Frieza pulls Cooler aside. he squints at his brother. Cooler stays composed*

Frieza: Listen closely, brother. I'm only allowing you to help me because you said you can do my job better. This is your chance to prove to me and to our father that we can take over galaxies by ourselves.

Cooler: One day you will thank me for all of this, brother. You will see why the Cooler force never got in the way of any of your silly little crusades. And I cannot believe I'm saying this, but the Ginyu Force is the main reason you got far in your career. If you lose that… you lose your credibility along with them.

*A saiyan spy creeps through the vents on the ceiling of the board room. He laughs to himself as he communicates with the elite soldiers*

Spy: I got it all recorded, my liege. It's all up to you now- huh?

*The spy falls through the vent as it crumbles down on top of him. The message is sent to Vegeta and the team*

Vegeta reenters the hospital with the others. They all look at him. He walks towards his father and puts his hand on his forehead. He shows no emotion, but all the memories with him and his father come flooding back in waves. He tries so hard to fight back tears but a couple manage to slip out. Bardock sees this and puts his hand on Vegeta's shoulder

Vegeta: I'll make sure to get a few good hits in for you, Father…

Bardock: He will heal up just fine, Vegeta. Right now we need to give our attention to Frieza. He's the reason this all happened in the first place. We are all behind you and we are going to take him down if it's the last thing we do.

Vegeta: We must ready our armies…

*Everyone except Vegeta and Bardock gasp and look at each other, worried looks spread across the room*

Bardock: Why is everybody all shocked?? You all knew deep down it would come to this! Frieza is coming for the planet as we speak!

Nappa: I wanna beat up Dodoria for humiliating me during our last fight. I'm not satisfied until I make him kneel!

Raditz: Me and father already took care of him for you, Nappa. Especially since you couldn't do the job!

*All the saiyans laugh except for Nappa and Bardock. He walks up to Raditz*

Nappa: You know what, on second thought, I think I'd rather teach Raditz here a little lesson in manners!

Raditz: Oh is that so? I would LOVE to see you try ol' grand vizier!

Bardock: You two are acting like a bunch of sissy children! We don't have time for this right now!

Vegeta: *smiles* Oh but Bardock, this fight between Raditz and Nappa would be the closest thing to entertainment that I've ever seen in a long time! I could use a good laugh!

Fasha: I second that statement.

Raditz: But what's the fun of just watching the fight when you can be a part of it yourself, Vegeta?

Nappa: Yeah! Besides, you always said you hate it when others have all the fun.

Vegeta: Is that a challenge I hear from you two?

Bardock: WOULD YOU ALL SHUT THE HELL UP?? The more time we waste talking about who the better saiyan is, the more time Frieza and his men get closer to destroying the planet again! If you wanna stay here and continue this meaningless quarrel, then so be it! *storms off*

*The room is quiet as Bardock slams the door, everybody looks to each other*

Shugesh: Huh… Looks like someone woke up cranky this morning.

*Bardock walks out of the hospital, shaking his head mumbling to himself. To his surprise he sees Gine looking out into the pink and purple sky*

Bardock: Gine? What are you still here?

Gine: I just… wish we wouldn't keep fighting. We spend all our time doing it that I'd just like to give peace a chance for once.

Bardock: I know how you feel… but you know Frieza. He doesn't play by the rules. He doesn't negotiate with anybody or anything. We have no choice but to get rid of him for good.

Gine: Vegeta wants to raise an army and start a whole war! Can you believe that?

Bardock: Gine… I agree with him.

Gine: WHAT?? How can you say that??

Bardock: Frieza is going to destroy us all, Gine! Are we just gonna stand here and let it happen again? Or do you want the saiyans to thrive for many generations to come? Do you want to live to see Kakarot all grown up once this is all over??

Gine: *hesitates for a second* I have an idea… how about you and Raditz come with me to earth to see him?

Bardock: What??

Gine: You both don't need to fight in this war! You will both get seriously hurt, or even killed! I can't have that happen to my only family!

Bardock: Gine, listen. As much as I would love to see Kakarot again, I can't stand to see the lives of the saiyans all taken away by this tyrant one more time. I risked my life for years not just for every saiyan, but I do it for you, I do it for Raditz, I even do it for Kakarot… Raditz does this for you, for me and for Kakarot too! I'm sorry Gine, I have to do this.

Gine: You're already risking the lives of saiyans by fighting in this war! I can't believe you! I'm going to see Kakarot myself! If you want to go out there when Frieza unleashes his army and raises hell then that's on you!

Bardock: Fine then! Be that way! At least I care about our race! That's the main problem nowadays! Nobody wants to step up and take matters into their own hands! And you want to go on some stupid vacation and not even fight with us… Go on then!

Gine: All you care about is killing Frieza! It's all you've been thinking about lately! It's been driving you crazy! *tears up* And honestly… it's been driving me crazy too. Goodbye Bardock.

*Gine gets up from the bench then flies off. Bardock watches her leave. Once she's no longer in sight, he sits down, put his head in his hands and lets out a big sigh*

Bardock: Little does she know I wish this were all different too…

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (fanfic) | Chapter 19: A Dangerous Risk

Gine is safe in the hospital where the rest of the saiyans are. She visits the king. Bardock and Raditz try to get rid of Zarbon and Dodoria from their home. King Vegeta still heals up in the hospital as the other saiyans look out for him.

*Bardock and Dodoria fight with each other now. Dodoria menacingly looks at him with yellow teeth. Bardock sweats bullets as he tries his test of strength against Dodoria. He growls as he pushes with his arms. Dodoria headbutts Bardock and he slides across the ground. He walks over to Bardock with loud thumping feet*

Dodoria: You're gettin' pretty strong, Bardock. You put up a hell of a fight back there with the rest of your friends. Maybe you don't feel half as bad now that they ain't here to see you squeal like a little girl now.

Bardock: Why did you… break into my house…?

Dodoria: Me and Zarbon thought your wife would make a good slave to Frieza. She was the first person in mind. Too bad she wasn't home. There was one girl who was here though, but we didn't bother with her. She's just another corpse on the road. You're next big boy… hehehehe.

*Bardock grabs some dirt on the ground and throws it in Dodoria's face. He screams as he can't see, giving Bardock time to regain his composure and stand up. Dodoria takes off the dirt from his blood shot eyes. He turns red as he gets angrier. Raditz and Zarbon throw punch after punch. Kick after kick*

Raditz: Consider yourself lucky that you took no part in harming my mother… you will pay with your own blood for the stress you put on her!

Zarbon: Oh we love a saiyan who gets all soft for his mother. Maybe you'd make a better slave to Frieza than she would.

Raditz: SHUT UP!!

*Raditz charges his fist with a white aura as he lunges to Zarbon. A direct hit connects to Zarbon's torso. Zarbon coughs up purple blood as he hurls over on the ground to his knees. He looks up to Raditz who has his arms crossed. Zarbon tears up as he looks to him then finally falls forward as Zarbon's blood pools out. Dodoria sees this as he is about to kill Bardock. He drops him and runs to Raditz who is steaming*

Dodoria: Zarbon! I got you buddy! Imma comin!

*Raditz lights up his fist again and punches Dodoria in the torso like he did to Zarbon, except it had very little effect. Raditz charges it up some more and aims for Dodoria's face as it connects. He trips and falls on his butt. Raditz grabs Dodoria's collar and snarls*

Raditz: I've had enough of this! If you dare mess with me and my family again… I will not hesitate to dispose of you both permanently. And that is a promise I intend to keep.

Dodoria: *scoffs and laughs* You're more violent and vicious than your old man. What, Bardock ain't give you enough attention when you were a kid? Poor Raditz, all alone in the world wanting the approval and love from his dad.

*Dodoria continues to laugh and Zarbon looks up to Raditz with a dagger in hand. Raditz looks behind him and grabs Zarbons wrist as it was inches away from his body, he swings Zarbon into the sky and shoots an explosive blast. Raditz then blasts Dodoria at point blank range. Bardock sits up with a groggy look on his face. Raditz walks over to his dad and extends his hand to help*

Raditz: They paid with their own blood father… just like I said they would.

Bardock: I mean… we could have just sent them off running, but that works too. Less henchmen we need to worry about. Let's get back to the hospital and meet up with the others.

*Bardock and Raditz go to the hospital to meet up with Gine and the others. They go inside to check on the king who is comatose. A doctor is on the scene*

Doctor: The results are in from his x-rays and CT scans. Now, he has some punctured muscle tissue in the middle of his chest right here. That tiny space underneath his heart and his left lung shows the beam path. If the beam was inches closer to those organs, he would have succumbed to internal bleeding and drowning. Fortunately these kinds of wounds for saiyans heal up pretty quickly. All our highness needs to do is just rest for a few days and he should be good to go in no time.

Vegeta: I need to step outside for one moment…

*Vegeta walks out and sits on a bench. His head in his hands. Gine walks out and sits next to him*

Gine: He's going to be alright, my liege.

Vegeta: I could have stopped him… I could have put an end to all this madness if it weren't for my carelessness… I'm going to make Frieza pay for all this… He wants to destroy the planet… wipe out my entire race… and assassinate my father? It's like history is repeating itself…

Gine: You did the right thing for all of us. After Frieza destroyed the planet you brought us AND the planet back in no time. You're a hero.

Vegeta: I've waited my whole life to eventually become king. As long as my father is alive, that day can wait. I just cannot bear to witness him be subject to injury by a tyrant. Frieza and Cooler must be stopped. We shall all do whatever it takes.

Gine: And I know you will. We all count on you to do the right thing for the race, and our planet.

Vegeta: Looks like it's up to me to lead the charge and finish the job once and for all. There's no use trying to reason with Frieza. We have no choice but to kill him, Cooler and the rest of their men to really save this planet and our race. We must get our armies and prepare for war…

Gine: What?? But that's too dangerous, my liege! There's a higher chance of this planet being destroyed again like last time! It's too risky!

Vegeta: Many saiyans before our time gave their lives for this planet. We are warriors! You should know this better than anyone that your husband does nothing but fight. We are the strongest fighters in the galaxy and we are not letting some dictator take control of us or bring us all to extinction! I know what must be done… for the saiyans…

Gine: Please be careful, my liege…

*Gine's face crumbles with fear. Vegeta gets up and walks back to the hospital to tell everyone what will happen next*

In a local saiyan hospital, The king lies in a room specifically made for him if anything were to go awry. Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, Bardock and his team all stand around him where he is having trouble breathing. Vegeta holds his father's hand.

King: *coughs* Vegeta… come closer.

Vegeta: Yes father.

King: You were right about Frieza… *coughs* He needs to be killed… His brother nearly took my life within inches… I feel very lucky to survive that…

Vegeta: He will regret ever trying to do that…

King: You are a worthy saiyan… for bringing the planet and the saiyan race back from destruction… I am very lucky to have you as my son… You will make a fine king when I am gone… *coughs* soon enough…

Vegeta: Don't talk like that father… your reign is far from over! We will all fight in your honor. This time we will make sure he perishes where he stands. He thinks he's won just because his big brother came and carried him away… Father, we will stop them both. No matter the cost…

King: I love you son… prince of all saiyans…

Vegeta: I love you too… father…

King: Please forgive me if I was ever harsh on you… I just wanted you to be the strongest saiyan of all… And not only did you prove that you are the strongest… but you are also the bravest… you are… worthy…

*The rest of the saiyans tear up as they watch their king breathe slowly, coughing. Bardock gets a call on his scanner. He walks out of the room to answer*

Bardock: Hello?

Gine: Bardock… I need your help… something terrible is happening…

Bardock: What is it Gine?

Gine: I see 2 guys outside the window. One with green hair and the other is a pink fatter one next to him.

Bardock: Oh god… it's Zarbon and Dodoria! What are they doing there??

Gine: Raditz' friend is dead! They killed her! OH NO THEY'RE COMING IN THE HOUSE!! I need to hide! Hurry Bardock!

Bardock: Me and Raditz are on our way! Stay right where you are!

*Raditz overhears the conversation outside the room and walks out to see the concerned look on his father's face*

Bardock: Raditz, we need to get home now! Your mother is in trouble! Zarbon and Dodoria somehow found where we live… we must attack aggressively.

Raditz: *slams the wall with his fist* Goddamnit! I gave Gorza one job!

Bardock: Gorza is dead, Raditz! She didn't stand a chance!

*Raditz is in shock. He has no idea what to think. The veins in his forehead become thicker. His face turns red as he clenches his fists thinking about what Zarbon and Dodoria could be doing to their home, or to his mother*

Raditz: Those fools are dead if they touch mother!!

Bardock: Let's go!

*Raditz zooms across the sky with Bardock following behind. They find their house with nobody around it and a dead female saiyan on the ground. Raditz sees that it's Gorza. They land in the front yard*

Bardock: I'll look for the Zarbon and Dodoria! Go through the back door to look for your mother upstairs!

*Inside the house Zarbon and Dodoria go through all the pictures of Bardock, Gine, Raditz and others of Goku as a newborn*

Dodoria: Look and these pictures of Bardock and his family. Hahaha they look so bad! His wife, his doofus son too!

Zarbon: I cannot believe they would decorate their house like this. It doesn't smell right either. Then again what do you expect from the saiyans?

Dodoria: I didn't know Bardock had another son. His name is… Kakarot? What kinda name is that? Ha!

Zarbon: I thought the picture was Bardock as an infant. He must be a grown man by now.

*Bardock barges through the door knocking it down off its hinges, startling both Zarbon and Dodoria*

Bardock: What a pleasant surprise… Zarbon… Dodoria. Care to explain to me what you two fucks are doing in my house??

*Raditz runs upstairs from the back room to find his mother gripping her knees shaking. Gine lights up as she sees her son come to her rescue*

Gine: Raditz! *Jumps up to hug him*

Raditz: *Wraps his arms around his mother* What has happened mother, are you alright?

Gine: Those two goons just showed up at the house… they killed Gorza without a second thought. I'm so scared…

Raditz: We must get out of here now mother… father is downstairs. Let's escape from the back so they don't see us.

*Raditz and Gine hear fighting downstairs. The sounds of tables and chairs moving, glass shattering. They make their way downstairs through the back. Neither Dodoria or Zarbon see them as they focus on Bardock as they make a punching bag out of him. Raditz and Gine make it outside. He calls Nappa*

Nappa: Raditz, where are you?

Raditz: I'm at my house with my family. Zarbon and Dodoria broke in. I saved mother, you need to come quickly to take her to safety. Me and my father will fight them off.

Nappa: Alright I'm on my way with the speeder!

*A few minutes later, Nappa lands the speeder and opens the door for Gine*

Gine: Raditz, you and your father are my guardian angels… I don't know how I could thank you both.

Nappa: Where should we take you, ma'am?

Gine: Anywhere but here. Raditz… Be careful with them!

*Raditz looks back and grits his teeth. He runs off to the front yard finding Bardock’s face all bloody and on his knees. Raditz growls, yells then punches Dodoria in the face sending him flying a couple feet across the front yard*

Zarbon: *chuckles* Isn’t this sweet. You came over to protect your daddy. He must be very proud!

Raditz: You’ve made a terrible mistake… the last time we fought, it was just strictly business for our king. But now, you've made it personal! You must have a death wish coming to my home like that!

Zarbon: Well if it’s all the same to you… we were doing business of our own…

*Raditz dashes forward to hit Zarbon who blocks his punch with his hand, then dodges every subsequent punch. He flies up and kicks Raditz square in the jaw knocking him down. Bardock slowly gets up*

Bardock: You… you piece of shit!!

*Bardock comes straight for Zarbons's throat and tries to choke him. Zarbon looks him in the eyes and smiles as he contracts his neck outward. Dodoria runs towards Bardock with loud thumping feet. He sees him, let's go of Zarbon and clashes with Dodoria*

Dodoria: You got a nice looking house, Bardock. Lucky for you we couldn't find your youngest son. Kakarot was his name, right?

Bardock: Get off of our property!!

*Bardock throws a massive uppercut to Dodoria which sends him sailing upward. Bardock shoots past Dodoria and axe hammers him to the ground*

Vegeta rushes to help his fallen injured father to get out of the hall. They make it to the back door emergency exit. Raditz, Nappa, Bardock and his team all rush behind Vegeta and the king to cover them both. Enter Cooler, Frieza's older brother. His henchmen step in the hall first. Salza, Doore and Neiz use their scouters to scan the area to which they find Frieza, Zarbon, and the Ginyu Force still in shackles.

*The crowd scatters to the back emergency doors as they are afraid of being attacked*

Salza: Mr Cooler, the coast is clear! Your brother and his band are in shackles! Shall we free them?

Cooler: Yes Salza, you may commence. *motions Neiz and Doore to uncuff the others* Now, we may have been uninvited, but I thought I'd drop in for a grand entry. I have some catching up to do with my little brother. *gazes at Frieza disapprovingly*

*Frieza's eyes are wide open in shock. He falls to his knees. He is too stunned to speak. Cooler walks over to Frieza*

Cooler: *looks down to Frieza and grabs him by the shoulderpad* It has been far too long, brother.

Frieza: Wha- what the hell is this? How the hell did you find me??

*Cooler clenches his fist and hooks Frieza in the face leaving his blood on his cheek*

Cooler: Brother… you disappoint me. You and father ruled over this race for years, and I come back and I see you in shackles about to bow down to their king?? How could you call yourself a ruler?

Frieza: I'll have you know I blew up this planet a week ago! Where were you when I did that??

Cooler: If you'd have blown this planet up for good, it wouldn't still be here right now, would it?

Zarbon: In our defense, There were remaining saiyans we have missed who have brought the planet back along with the rest of the saiyans. It's not our fault!!

Cooler: And I suppose they used some make-believe magic spell to do that?

Frieza: Hmph. Now I remember why you and I never got along. We are never on the same page! And I see why father favored me rather than you.

Cooler: It was because he handpicked you to rule over this planet alongside him! That's why I decided to defect and raise a team and an army of my own. You have these… bafoons… and I have the 3 best warriors who are in a class of their own. But I digress. I came here to snap you out of these shackles these saiyans put you in. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting them get the better of you.

Jeice: Uh sir? Those saiyans are a lot stronger than you realize. I wouldn't take them lightly if I were you, mate.

Cooler: You're all just a bunch of weak sad sacks that didn't get the proper training! If we are going to rule and destroy this planet, we are going to have to do it properly. You are going to join me in this conquest to take this planet down once and for all… the RIGHT way. You raised an army… so USE it!

*Frieza looks down as Cooler breaks the shackles off his wrists and ankles. Neiz and Doore break everyone elses shackles and walk out to find Dodoria getting the tar kicked out of him by the 2 saiyan guards. Cooler walks over to the 2 guards and blasts them across the sky, Dodoria looks at Cooler*

Dodoria: Well well well��� look who it is…

Cooler: Greetings Dodoria. You know, out of all of my brother's men, you're the only one I actually respect. *extends his hand out to Dodoria*

Dodoria: *Grabs Cooler's hand and gets up* Where have you been all these years anyway?

Cooler: I didn't want to be involved in my family's affairs so I left on my own, made some henchmen and an army, and I conquered the other side of the galaxy where my father and brother couldn't. I sensed a big explosion. It was this planet. A little bit after that I saw the planet forming again. This couldn't have been anyone else but my brother's doing. I remember telling my henchmen one thing after the planet had exploded. "If he's going to whine to our father to control the entire system like a spoiled little brat, then he is going to accept the responsibility. If this comes back to bite him… that's HIS fault".

Dodoria: Damn… soooo now that you're here. What's next?

Cooler: I am going to help you by joining forces with you in this conquest to destroy this planet and the rest of the filthy saiyans who are getting all too powerful for their own good. This will take quite a bit of time to sort out. My base is much farther away from here so it will be much more difficult for them to interfere with our plans.

*Cooler and Dodoria meet up with the rest of the freed gang. Now Frieza and Cooler have joined forces to take destroy planet Vegeta once and for all and for good this time*

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (Fanfic) | Chapter 16: Court in Session

The king's court now takes place to decide the fate of Frieza and the rest of his men who were a part of the holocaust that killed almost every saiyan. The king slams his gavel down on the table 3 times and he is about to speak.

King: Lord Frieza… approximately 1 week ago you committed the most heinous crime. You destroyed our entire planet with the help of your silly group over there. About 3 hours later after the planet had vanished, Raditz, Grand Vizier Nappa, and my dear son were all on a detour to the planet Namek to resurrect the saiyan race. Shortly thereafter, the planet and all of its people have been revived. I brought you here to give you your final fate, which you will never forget.

*The crowd shouts vulgar and obscene things at the group who look out into the crowd throwing junk at them. The king slams his gavel down a few times more to silence the court*

King: I WILL HAVE ORDER IN MY COURT!!! Now… let's begin with the elephant in the room. What went through your mind when you blew up our planet? What was your motif?

Frieza: *smiles* It's simple your majesty. You and your armies are getting far too powerful for your own good. And we can't have all the power to ourselves now do we?

King: I will have you know Lord Frieza, that we are a very proud race in what we do. We are warriors! We were BORN to fight. We were BORN to conquer all! Planet broking is what sustains our existence to this day and it is a very profitable business at that! Who are you to say what our planet does and how our government chooses to run??

Frieza: You are all nothing but a bunch of savage space pirates! The only one worthy of being with such power is your precious prince over there. We all know how much he wants to be the strongest saiyan. Tell them all what you told me, Vegeta!

*The crowd shouts at the rebellious group, Vegeta stares on into the crowd with a stoic expression. The king becomes infuriated*

King: As much as my son wants this whole thing to be about him, it's not! We all have different power levels and I rank them accordingly. Vegeta is just as powerful as I am as he should be! He is my blood! Unless you want him to test his strength on you!

Frieza: Oh your majesty, you know I wouldn't ask for anything more… but that would be gutless on his part.

King: What exactly are you insinuating? How in the hell is that gutless?

Frieza: *smiles* Because suicide is the coward's way out…

*The crowd shouts some more. Vegeta grits his teeth, clenches his fist and walks forward to try to fight Frieza for himself, but Bardock stops him*

King: You have broken our treaty and betrayed the entire saiyan race! You promised us salvation and you give us destruction? Is that your idea of salvation??

Frieza: There is no such thing as salvation… at least not for the saiyans. How can you want salvation when you are all nothing but murdering psychopaths who profit off the deaths of millions of races each day?

King: Let's see what your pitiful little band has to say for themselves. Since you like to talk all so much!

Fasha: Sounds like someone else I know… *Looks over to Shugesh smirking playfully*

Shugesh: *Face turns beet red and facepalms*

*The Ginyus, Zarbon and Dodoria all stand up looking across the giant hall of angry rioting saiyans who want them out of their planet*

Zarbon: Your majesty, if I may… There are plenty other ways to make profit… say, trading crops is a great start…

King: Do we look like farmers to you, Zarbon?

Dodoria: Well y'all don't make good food, I'll tell you that much!

*The king stands up, shouts and gives a galick gun to Dodoria. Frieza and his teammates watch him fly across the hall in shock as his body flips after every bounce, his skin partially scorched with the intense heat of the galick gun, the crowd shouts and cheers. The royal guards carry him out of the hall as he groans loudly*

King: As you were saying, Zarbon? *scrunches his eyebrows and squints at him*

Zarbon: I… uh… well…

King: How typical. Let this be a lesson to everyone in this hall, especially you wicked perpetrators! *points to Frieza, Zarbon and the Ginyus* Whoever dares challenge the king of all saiyans shall feel my wrath! Has the jury reached their verdict?

*The jury of 10 other distinct races turn to the king, one of them, a young saiyan stands up*

Saiyan: We have, your highness. The jury finds Frieza and the Force, guilty as charged.

King: So be it. Before I commence with the punishment for you all, I would like for Lord Frieza to walk my direction and bow down to me.

*Frieza gets up and walks towards King Vegeta with heavy shackles. He stands face to face with the king, staring with cold eyes*

King: I hereby declare that the treaty is now void. You have betrayed the saiyan race, you disgraced your team. But most of all, you have disgraced yourself. We are no longer partners in an alliance, meaning you are now beneath me. You shall BOW before the king!

*Just then a blast of energy shoots across the hall to hit King Vegeta in the chest, missing his vital organs by mere inches, but knocks him down. The crowd screams in horror as they look at the entrance to see a silhouette similar to Frieza's. Frieza looks behind him in utter disbelief. He cannot believe his eyes*

DBZ: Return of the Saiyans (Fanfic) | Chapter 15: Entering the King's Court

The fight is near the end. The saiyans have the upper hand when all of a sudden, an unexpected visitor arrives. It doesn't look too good for the Frieza Force. Frieza himself is tired and ready to go down to the pavement and rest his body after the grueling fight he had with Vegeta. Until… his royal highness emerges…

Vegeta: It's over Frieza… We are way too strong for your pitiful little band you have going on here. Now you will know what it's like to be the servant! You will kneel before me and my fath-

*A thin laser beam hits Frieza in the back of the head, leaving him helpless, falling forward. A small chip latches onto the back of Frieza's neck*

Frieza: Agh… what- what the heck is this??

*Frieza turns around on his back to see King Vegeta walking out of the billowing smoke with a remote control in his hand. Astonished, Frieza looks on as the king approaches*

King: I now see why it has been taking so damn long to capture you… The Ginyu Force making fools out of themselves yet again. As are you… Frieza…

Frieza: How dare you leave me helpless! I rule over you! Release me at once!

King: Not this time. I think you and I need to have ourselves a meeting about what has transpired a few days ago… When you committed a mass genocide on my planet!

*The king clicks a button on his remote to put magical shackles on Frieza's wrists and ankles. He freaks out as he cannot pick up the shackles from their sheer weight*

King: Alright Bardock! Take these fools as prisoners and bring them all to me!

Bardock: Yes, your highness.

*Prince Vegeta walks alongside the right of his father, Frieza is to the kings left. The saiyans all cuff their respective opponents and walk out of the base and put them in the back of a squad ship where they go back to planet Vegeta. The Frieza Force all sit together trying to find a way out*

Frieza: If there are any regrets I had during this time… it's that I'm being taken prisoner with my best men…

Zarbon: We are going to find a way out my lord…

Frieza: Oh really? Name one genius idea you had that hasn't resulted in us being poulverized!

Zarbon: *looks down and away from Frieza and blushes in embarassment* Good point…

Frieza: I will talk our way out of this one. With our combined brains we will make them turn on each other. The main person of interest… Prince Vegeta…

Dodoria: Why specifically him? All he cares about is himself and how much power he has.

Frieza: And that is exactly my point. We failed in hand to hand combat which is not an issue. One thing we have not tried is turning them all on each other… tearing them all apart from the inside…

*The vessel that carries the saiyan warriors land on the grounds of planet Vegeta. The second carrier lands with Frieza and the others. They all go inside one after the other to the kings court. He sits in his throne with his bodyguards, the saiyan citizens watch on in the audience, the jury of other saiyans sit in a section of their own, the saiyan warriors (Raditz, Bardock etc) are on the righthand side of the kings court. Frieza and his men sit in the middle of the court with the shackles still around their limbs looking on as the citizens heckle them. The court session is about to begin*

Nappa: Order!! Order in the kings court!!

*The crowd hushes as the king is about to speak*
