And the tourists should be showing up sooner or later. With the waters calm and the skies clear, Kaido should expect his business to pick up again. Soon. Something new is always welcome, something to bloom and grow strong.

But, that was for when he opened up tomorrow.

But first, he would need to make a call... or a text. A text is much less scary. Let’s go with that.

It was no mystery that Kaido was always busy during the holiday seasons. Just because it begins to snow and such, does not mean people are gonna come in drinking any less. In fact, the change of season always make business boom.

He didn’t have to try and understand why that was. The holiday season was rough on many folks, himself included. 

But, at the very least, Kaido had the option to ignore his feelings by cleaning up tables and serving drinks. Listening and nodding along to troubles of his customers, however, suddenly became harder.

Twas best not to think about it much, if not at all. Tis the season of giving, as they say. And as long as they’re giving him cash, he’ll listen to them bitch and moan.

But, he had yet to meet a soul who had experienced what he had. So did they even really have the right? He often asked himself this, and he often dismissed his doubts as being insensitive... but, what if he wasn’t?

Who knows?

Oh, it’s a sweet. Kaido supposed it was all right, but he wasn’t sure if he could actually handle something like that the more he thought about it.
