OMG! I’m trying to remain calm with the IM updates because it’s my favorite fic from you and just last night, i was rereading chapter 16 for the third time reflecting wistfully and trying to predict what we would see next and if we would get a lexa POV 😭😭 i guess it worked so thank you! I really appreciate you writing the chapter, fic and your ability to craft these wonderful stories. They’re just the escapism i need right now.

I’m re-reading IM (bc of the new update, of course) and I want to thank you for writing the best line I’ve ever read. It’s from chapter 9 when Lexa and Abby are in the kitchen making pancakes, and I am completely serious in that it’s the best line in literary history. I think about all the time. I wish I could’ve written it. You’re amazing

“Oh, sweet Lexa. You see your sadness as something dark and terrible. Clarke sees it as something beautifully human and wonderfully complex. And she’s right.” She taps her on the nose and smiles, returning to the strawberries. “Choose your adjectives wisely, and live in them, sweet girl.”
