yet another Hollow Knight oc :)

Their Artfight!!

Thir is a small firefly researcher that enjoys learning about creatures, architecture, plants, history, etc (they like learning about anything really). They are quite smart and get underestimated a lot due to them being a firefly and being quite small.

They carry around a bag that has many scrolls, books and a highly detailed map of Hallownest. She eventually had started working with Monomon on science stuff (lol so creative), learning a few things from Monomon and teaching her a few things, Thir also taught Quirrel a couple things when he was around. 

If Thir was in-game they could first be found in Fog Canyon near the Overgrown Mound and will edit the Knight's map to be more detailed for free after the Knight gets Cornifer's Fog Canyon map. They will then start appearing all over Hallownest, editing the Knight's map each time she is met (Cornifer's maps are required to get the more detailed map).

(Fog Canyon, first meeting) "Huh...? Oh! Greetings! I wasnt expecting someone else to be exploring these acid-filled caverns. Are you a fellow researcher such as I? Did you come to learn more about the Oomas and Uomas? They're quite interesting little things dont you think? I think Monomon said something about them but i cant remember... Oh! Where are my manners, i am Thir, a researcher, traveller and sort of a cartogropher though i am no offical or licensed one. I could make your map more detailed if you have one. I had run into that Cornifer fello recently and he gave me one of his maps though it is horribly undetailed."

(Forgotten Crossroads) "Oh, hello again little friend! Isnt this place intriguing? It used to be so lively and yet theres barely anything left behind! I thought there'd at least be something besides carrages and old crates."

(Greenpath)  "This place is quite lush isnt it? I never thought there would be a place like this so deep underground. I do wonder how deep it goes..." 

(Fungal Wastes) "Hello again. Dont you find these structures interesting? I belive the Mantis Tribe built these though it is questionable how they did so with their claws.. Quite a fiercesome tribe they are but also quite admirable. I would be careful travelling through their territory if i were you."

(City of Tears) "This is quite the magnificent city isnt it? Just look at all the architechture! Its amazing how they were able to turn the buildings into support beams incase the ceiling ever caved through! Though, one of the buildings looks like there is some sort of telescope at it's peak....i wonder if thats were Luiren is, i belive Monomon talked about him a little bit though i never met him face-to-face."

(Crystal Peak) "Look at all of these crystals! I find these little things so interesting..They can grow so slow but also alarmingly fast sometimes and they hold some sort of power within them. I believe they hold some value, though im not sure anyone that is still around would find these profitable." 

(Resting Grounds/Blue Lake) "Its so quiet here compared to the other caverns. I guess this is where all the rain comes from that pours down to the City."

(Kingdom's Edge) "Quite interesting how it is snowing in such a warm climate..if this stuff even is snow that is. I wonder what mysteries lie outside of the kingdom's borders."

(The Hive) "Wow...Just look at this place!! The way this place is built is remarkable! I would love to meet their queen, if she is still alive after all these years." 

(Ancient Basin) "What a sad place...it is so interesting though!... Despite its depressing atmosphere. I believe the White Palace was around here somewhere..such a weird place for a palace, so deep underground. Have you seen that door? The one with the King's Brand on it? I wonder where it leads... I would love to explore what lies beyond that barrier."

(Deepnest) "O-oh...why are you here..? This is no place for someone like you, though i trust that you can handle yourself alone...i just..worry...Please be careful when exploring here, this place is not so merciful but you might find tranquility in the Distant Village. I have heard that place is quite interesting as it was primarily built from silk and wood." 

(Queen's Gardens) "Isnt this place  so similar to that Greenpath? I wonder if this used to be apart of it but someone had built things here, maybe against the Mosskin's will... ... Either way this place is quite beautiful."

(Howling Cliffs) "So desolate and empty. Who would've known this is the opening to such a magnificent kingdom. I do wonder what lies beyond all this sand and wind."

I love the Dewi comic and I look forward to a new page each week, even if it gets delayed a little :)) i can’t wait to see more of it!
