Six tips how to start living more sustainable life
Let's do it. Here's my 6 tips, or starting points for you. Remember this is only my list, this is how I started. I'm still learning, I'm at the very beginning of the journey.
1.Recycle. Easy like that. Putting your wast to the proper bin is powerful.
2.Don't buy new, if "old" still working. I was trapped there for ages - buying new smartphone every two years, buying new laptop every couple years even if I has never used electronics too much, only basics like movies, social media, messaging and calling. And clothes - I'll be honest with you: I'm probably the worst stylist ever. All my life I was struggling with buying "fashionable" clothes, then realising I look hidious, place them at the bottom of my closest, buying new ones. It took me ages to decide not to buy fashionable and start to buy timeless. Best decision ever. It was first step to becoming minimalist as I realised I don't need all of that.
3.Don't throw away - reuse, sell, donate. If your current plastic toothbrush is still OK, don't throw it away just to buy a bamboo one. First - can you use this thing you want to throw away in other way, can you modify it? Yes - do it. No - sell or donate. And do it with everything you not sure you want to keep. If you have to throw away something (it's used to the piont you can't sell or donate it) recycle or do it in the way it won't be harmful to the Planet.
4.Reduce the amount of plastic you use on everyday basis - use reusable bag, buy food in bulk not packed in plastic, don't buy bottled water etc. If you're going to buy something in plastic package buy bigger size (just make sure you'll be able to use it before its best before date, especially if it's food or cosmetics).
5.Reduce amount of meat in your diet. Try to eat meat only 5 times per week (if you eat it every day) or once a week (if you eat it couple times during a week). Or ideally even less often. Maybe change your milk to plant based alternative (i recommend oat one). Vegetarian or vegan diet can be really tasty, cheap and easy to prepare.
6.Use skincare without microplastic (polyethylene , polypropylene , polyamide , nylon , polyacrylamide , crosspolymer , acrylates copolymer) and use special bag that stops microplastic parts when doing laundry, save energy (turn out lights when leaving a room, take shorter showers, stop checking your fridge every 5 mins when you're bored - food won't magically appear), buy only food you'll eat etc.
Don't overthink this. Don't try to be perfect. And make one change at a time - treat them like adopting a new habit. You know what's working for me? When I treat this changes as challenges - I challenge myself to not buying anything new for a month and I do it. If it feels good, great - new habit. If it feels BAD? Don't push yourself too much, maybe it's to early for you? Maybe it's just not something you'll be happy with. Don't feel guilty. Don't let anyone or anything to make your journey miserable.

Me - never perfect.
Hi! Are you perfect? I hope not. I'm definitely not. Perfectionism is kinda hell.
Waiting for being perfect stops you from taking actions and enjoying life, but I'm not here to talking about that. I'm not your life coach. I'm here to talk about sustainable lifestyle and share with you some tips on how to start. I'm not expert, I'm not zero waste, my closet isn't perfectly sustainable.
What am I then? I am person who makes small changes everyday to live a little bit more sustainable life. I am person who tries to make smarter choices in order to help save Planet. I'm person who is kind and loving to Earth and put a bit of effort into adopting eco friendly habits. Yes - being less waste, using eco friendly products, following slow fashion movement IS putting more effort, but it's worth it. And in my humble opinion - satisfying AF.
Want to know my first steps i took when started to live more sustainable? Stay tuned then, I'll write more about that in my next post.

Why sustainable activewear.
Hi. Welcome on my blog. I am happy you're here. Let me introduce you to my mission - and that is showing people that making small decisions and taking actions can make our Planet a "happier" place. So why am I talking about sustainable activewear? How buying eco - friendly products will help Earth?
It’s a small change that might have huge impact on how world will look like in couple of years. Let's use imagination. Let's assume you didn't have a clue that eco - friendly, sustainable made activewear exist before you found yourself here. Now you know. You visit some of brand's I recommend stores, you fall in love with the mission, with the purpose, finally you find this perfect leggings/sweatpants/bra/set etc. You buy, you see how good quality is, you had probably got personalized letter or note from the brand you have chosen, and that makes you smile .You find yourself wearing something no one else at the gym or your yoga class wears. How does it feel? How it feels when you know you bought pair of leggings designed with passion, made by someone who is properly paid, made of fabrics that won't hurt Earth, recycled, upcycled, ready to be recycled again if you stop loving it or used it. Imagine. You share this concept with friends, you become interested in sustainable lifestyle in general, you make small changes - and becoming THE CHANGE. If that don't spark a joy or doesn't feel like you would enjoy it, that's OK! You have every right to chose not to live sustainable, buy big brands, but why not try something else from time to time?
But again why ACTIVEWEAR?
I am all into slow fashion. I'm all into sustainable lifestyle - food, home, living in general. So why activewear? Simply because I love activewear, gym wear and yoga wear! I love how it feels to wear comfortable clothes, I love this sports look, I could sleep in my yoga pants! ( I do not, though). There are many wonderful sustainable, eco - friendly, vegan brands that create stunning clothes - basic, casual, elegant, dresses, pants, sweaters, bags - everything. There are also brands making amazing gym, yoga and active wear, and that is what sparks my joy, that is my jam, my vibe, my style. And it is my mission to introduce them to you, help you to find your little treasure, show that you don't have to look like everyone else at the gym. Let you feel that little pinch of happiness when you know that buying this gym bra you support your local brand, eco - friendly brand, brand that matches your ethics etc.
This IS important - purposely buying, being conscious about what you choose, what is brand you has chosen ethics and mission.
Try to buy things that matter, that change world, that impact someone's life and feel good about it! Because that is super important to feel awesome with yourself and your choices.
Dive in the idea of sustainable lifestyle. Starting with a pair of sustainable made leggings will make good.
