Realizar un modelo matemático para solucionar una problemática ambiental como lo es la contaminación de suelo en el municipio de Atlacomulco, México, no es tan sencillo como parece, sin embargo, gracias a los conocimientos adquiridos en la asignatura de Cálculo en el tema de aplicación de derivadas, formulas y teoremas, investigaciones previas, investigaciones de campo y el trabajo en equipo, hemos logrado realizarlo sin mayor dificultad, cumpliendo así con las competencias genéricas y disciplinares, los objetivos de la asignatura y de nuestro proyecto.

Cálculo, no solo nos enseñó a buscar alternativas de solución a problemas ambientales, también nos orientó a saber cómo facilitar estas mismas con procesos matemáticos. Hablando un poco de nuestra experiencia personal, nos fue bastante complicado diseñar un modelo matemático que pudiese ayudarnos a darle solución a nuestra problemática, queríamos utilizar modelos matemáticos más extensos y complicados, sin embargo, con la ayuda de nuestro profesor, nos dimos cuenta que, utilizando los temas, formulas y teoremas adecuados, logramos encontrar un proceso más simple.

Finalmente, como se puede observar en nuestro proceso matemático, hemos logrado encontrar un modelo que nos ayude a solucionar esta problemática y así considerar si es conveniente realizar esta alternativa o no.

"Superhero without a cape"

Good morning, good afternoon or good night!!

Today I am in San Lorenzo Metepec, which is a ranch located in the state of Mexico, with more than 4,685 inhabitants and at 2,612 meters of altitude; They will wonder why we are here today and the answer is, defending the environment in an environmental campaign called "RESERVE". Our main objective is to care for and preserve green areas, lakes, rivers and the entire environment in general. So if you guys are around, don't think twice and come join us as volunteers.

We are staying in the tent of one of the people who started this initiative. It is located next to the Santa Cruz nursery in the center of San Lorenzo. The place is quite large, but as in the mornings it is quite cold. We had to use an extra blanket. In fact, when we left the house it was still drizzling slightly since it was like that all night; While we were on our way to the green areas (which were many) our local told us that in that place there are many nurseries due to the climate and it is quite good that it rains since it helps the plants and flowers grow healthy; When we reached the green areas, the first thing we did was collect all the garbage. Later we separated it into organic and inorganic, likewise we separated glass, cans, paper, etc. Finishing, we went to distribute some flyers to the people who were in the parks and on the streets with the aim that more people and children joined us in the program, and at night we held a conference on caring for nature as a team.

For tomorrow we have planned to go to the "Cerro de Metepec Municipal Park". We will meet different plants and trees, something like an expedition. Finally, we will clean and collect the garbage from the river that is to one side. We still have a lot of things to do, but the change is in us. If you know someone close and want to help, do not forget to tell them that this week we will be here helping the earth...

¡Ecological Footprint!

Hello!!, there are new friends. A few days ago I had told you that my team and I entered a program called Red de Servicio Voluntario Ambientalista "Reserva" located in Rancho San Lorenzo, Metepec, State of Mexico, the place is beautiful, the climate is very diverse, it is very unpredictable I would say, in the mornings it is cold, but as the day progresses it is hot this is at noon, but in the evening-night it rains, I like cold and rainy days, as they know how to camp outdoors , is a way of connecting with mother nature, appreciating its various living beings (flora and fauna).

On the other hand, I have realized that living with the Ecohydraulic team is a pleasure for me. They have been great companions and friends in this campaign of positive impact on the care and preservation of the environment; Returning to the issue of the "Reserve" program, it has the purpose of caring for and preserving the species of the different ecosystems. In the same way, reducing soil and water pollution, the program offers help to young entrepreneurs who want to help preserve the biodiversity of the country.

During this program Ecohydraulic intends to put into practice the following proposals: Reforest, collect garbage in the streets and green areas, with the help of the inhabitants of the area, also propose to the authorities that it become a protected area "La Marquesa", we will campaign for the municipality of Metepec and Toluca inviting children and young people who can be responsible in the consumption of polluting products, this with different dynamics that are attractive and that are a way of motivating the new generations to take care of the different ecosystems and living beings that inhabit.

In order for there to be the participation of the inhabitants in the coming days, a place will be requested within the auditorium to show a film about pollution and what it produces in the environment, so that this is a great motivation to take care of our environment.

Volunteer Day!

Hello, friends. I hope you are very well. Today my team and I are at Rancho San Lorenzo, Metepec, State of Mexico. If I'm honest, I would be delighted to be here with my team helping the environment. It is a cozy place with a varied climate because in the mornings it is very cold. At noon there is a little sun, but in the afternoon it rains a lot due to the storm that is happening here. We stay in tents and, to be honest, sometimes it is a bit difficult because of the weather. By the way, I hope that all the people who witnessed the earthquake are well. Many of us have been a bit scared by how strong it was.

The reason we are here is to volunteer for the "Reserve" Environmental Voluntary Service Network that tries to unite more people for the care, preservation and conservation of the environment.

We went to reforest areas that have been victims of logging or deforestation. This activity has been very fun and important. Despite the rain, we enjoyed the activity. They teach us from how to plant a tree to how to care for it. For the next few days we have other activities. Tomorrow we will have a conference on "The Rule of the 3 Rs: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle" and then go to areas with a lot of garbage and separate it to get the best possible benefit.

Remember that you can also contribute to the care of our environment, you can help from your home or how to be a volunteer in a program such as "Reserve". Let's take care of our planet. “Saving the Planet”

Hey! , how are you? The Ecohydraulic team and I finally arrived at Rancho San Lorenzo, Metepec, State of Mexico, isn't it great? It's an incredible place. I love that the weather in the morning is cold but, between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm we can also enjoy the sun. In addition, something curious is that here it also rains in the late evening, without a doubt we have quite a varied climate and for me it is perfect. Tonight, it will be a challenge, because we will stay in some tents near green areas and other people to live together. Although I do not see everyone very happy after the earthquake, most of them are a little scared. However, no, I think that prevents us from enjoying nature in this Voluntary Environmental Service Network "Reserve".

Our goal as a team in this project is to organize, inform and involve more people interested in the care, preservation and conservation of the environment, disseminate academic and scientific information on environmental education and sustainable development, knowledge and successful experiences.

The whole team and I have done incredible activities but, very tired, because in order not to use our cars and motorcycles and avoid pollution, all the teams decided to walk, although it was a very long distance and that exhausted us a bit. Afterwards, we collected garbage from the streets and in the center of the place while giving advice to take care of our plants at home. At noon, together with other groups, we invite people to join the care and preservation of the environment. Finally, in the afternoon, we invited some children to help us with the cleaning. When we finished, we held a conference on caring for nature, which was a great success and that made us happy.

The Ecohydraulic team and I decided that in the next few days we will visit some parks such as the “Cerro de Metepec Municipal Park”, as we will meet a group of experts in nature and we will go on an expedition to the hill to learn about the plants and animals that are in the place. We will clean and carry sacks to collect the garbage that is there.

I am quite happy to be able to do all these activities with my colleagues. I hope that you are as excited as I am and that you dare to have an experience as beautiful as we do. I love it!

"Green path"

Hello, I hope everyone is well! Fortunately we are safe in rancho San Lorenzo, Metepec, State of Mexico here it is cold in the mornings at noon sun and in the afternoon onwards it starts to rain, it's weather is complicated as we stay in some tents where there is green area near the society, to take advantage of the day, but after witnessing a 7.1 earthquake we are terrified. That's why being part of this volunteer environmental service network "reserva" apart from being better people we will have the pleasure of appreciating nature in its splendor.

Being part of this "reserve" aims to organize, inform and involve people interested in the care, preservation and conservation of the environment; disseminate academic and scientific information on environmental education and sustainable development, knowledge and successful experiences.

For now with my colleagues Daniela, Hermione, Alan and Daisy we have taken on the task of picking up the garbage in the streets which is the center of this town, also, we have walked for long distances we do not occupy the transport as it is the car or motorcycle, we went to a square to invite people to join the care of the environment, we invited children in the community to help us with the cleaning and we have given a conference on the care of nature, which was a complete success.

In the next few days, our itinerary marks visiting some parks such as the “Cerro de Metepec Municipal Park". We will have a meeting with a group of nature experts and we will go to the hill to explore the types of plants and animals that are found there. just like going to clean and carry sacks to collect the garbage that is there.

Let us remember that as a team, everything is simpler, and it is more complicated if we only stay with our initiative or if we do not share knowledge with other people and their love for Mother Nature grows.
