i think if i ever was to continue, it would be after reworking it to be original fiction! i still love the story dearly, but my experience and love for the source material has been so tainted…idk if going back is an option. ;-;

I saw the post where you said you were putting bacon blues on hiatus

but

could you write a post about what was supposed to happen next? and leave a link to the post in the fanfiction itself, so that you don't have to dance with tambourines to get it.

I remember reading it when it first started coming out. My brain wasn't quite enough to understand everything (because English is my second language) but I still have fond memories of it. Maybe someday I'll reread it. Maybe when dirkjohn will be canon in hs2.

yeah, i’ve planned to do that! or put a last chapter that’s just explaining some things. i’ll just have to find the time/motivation to do it. ;; i no longer have my outline or notes and when i do that, it would want it to be as thorough as possible. (which is kinda why i was like feel free to ask questions! so i can remember what plot-holes i still need to fill LOL)

i laid “call me deacon blues” to rest last week. i just know i won’t be working on it again. i described it in my note like… “the first season of a show getting canceled before season 2” like there was some important emotional resolution in chapter 19, but so many loose ends they didn’t get tied. i guess if anyone else wants to ask me about the plans i had, i’d be happy to answer.
