well first of all bart isn't stupid, so jot that down
#like first of all he's got photographic memory that doesn't dissipate even if he speed reads (unlike other speedsters) so he's#extremely well read! and even beyond that like. he *is* good with tech. first example off the top of my head: bart built an entire#virtual reality chamber as shown in teen titans (2003) issue 98. tim is even the one who mentions that bart built it.#he probably knows how to set up and use some future version of linux. easily
