An award-winning Architect, friend and advisor to some of the world’s most admired and revered individuals and institutions. Collaborating (’&CO’) with some of the world’s leading professionals, clients and institutions.

A career that started with a firm specialising in the conversion of heritage buildings for the hospitality sector. Articled to the practice founder he introduced and pioneered branded retail concepts for the design and commercial operation of licensed premises, restaurants and hotels.

He later joined one of the Uk’s largest architectural firms as the design architect to one of the largest commercial and mixed‐use projects commissioned that year. The flagship retail park in central London was considered pioneering, leading and unique at the time, winning various multidisciplinary awards for architecture, planning, innovation, sustainability and retail design.

As an independent professional he jointly developed the masterplan and vision for the successful redevelopment and reinstatement of a Grade I and Grade II* listed hall by Sir Charles Barry (‘Houses of Parliament Architect’) and gardens by Capability Brown ('Landscape Architect to King Charles III’).

Emigrating to his family’s villa in Spain, he was commissioned by various clients of wealth institutions, private banks and property trusts to provide high‐end residential, retail, office and hotel projects to some of the world’s most prestigious addresses.

Today he is focused on completing a journey he tentatively started in 2012, culminating in the launch of two branded groups ('HOLMES&CO’) and ('Eden Developments’) by 2022.
