Inspired by the fried fish of @therealmarketman, I also fried one for lunch. But I had extra rice from last night, sayang naman. So I also fried them and added margarine for added color. Waray po nag-bertdey ha amon pero karuyag la lumamon. Finally, the spaghetti set given by Barangay Buntay officials have been cooked and eaten. Taking a short break from work to cook pasta for snacks. There is this chunky chicken in a can given by a friend from the US so I used it. Turns out there is indeed a big chunk of chicken breast I made this Chicken Pasta of some sort. I put in capers and cheddar cheese. Before serving, I also added a generous amount of parmesan.
