oh you think bounty hunting is the hard part of being a mandalorian? try going to your extended mandalorian family gathering and you try desperately to remember who is related to who, because half of the kids are a completely different species to their parents, and most of your cousins have repainted their armour since you last saw them, and you can barely understand what they’re saying because the mando’a dialect on your mother’s father’s side is incomprehensible, and somebody brought ‘here’s how jaster mereel can still win’ into an argument and now your uncles look like they’re about to start another blood feud. also everyone has flamethrowers

In case anyone doesn’t like playing Rogue Squadron Galactic Starfighter, just a reminder that TORCommunity does have an optimal builds page. It hasn’t been updated since last year, but I don’t think GSF has changed too much in the last year as far as builds on ships go.

the alderaan soundtrack from swtor strikes a chord somewhere deep within my soul. not just the theme that welcomes you to the planet, with its medieval undertones that sing of chivalry and old nobility, but also the ambience as you explore. it’s so beautifully haunting, melancholic — and it struck me. it’s almost as if it’s a funeral hymn. if the force is indeed a driver of fate as jedi philosophy claims, then the tragedy of alderaan is predetermined, written in the fabric of the cosmos; the universe knows what awaits, and it mourns, and you listen and can only weep
