Global warming is a fact Not a conspiracy like Aliens or Bifoot
People often underestimate the power of mother nature. She can feed thousands while starving millions. Her power is that of equivalence to a religious deity if not more. People however underestimate her influence in our everyday lives. From the milk and fruits we eat. To the gasoline and diesel fuels we retrieve from the ground and put into our cars. Global warming or climate change as people call it now is very misunderstood and often stated very incorrectly. people often see global warming as nothing more than a simple conspiracy theory. President Trump himself even posted on his twitter,

Recently Trump announced that he would declare a massive budget cut to the international wildlife fund. Meanwhile governor Scott walker reassigned Cathy Stepp as the head of DNR(department of natural resources). Being an outspoken critic of all things climate related, she has directly accused the DNR of being extremely unrealistic with the way they try to keep human intervention out of naturally uninhabited areas. But she her argument is faulty considering the purpose of the DNR is to keep wildlife and other creatures and biomes from receiving consequences from human intervention such as pollution and population declines as a direct result of human activities in natural lands.

The Republican Party has also been seemingly oblivious to climate change as they downright ignore it or attempt to act as if it weren’t an issue worth addressing. Many high standing Republican officials specially in congress however, have made it clear that their only motive for denying climate change is because it's popular to do so and puts them in good standing with their investments in the oil markets which benefit greatly from reduced attention to climate change.

Senator James Inholf last year even denied climate change while presenting to the senate about the issue. Where he famously pulled out a snowball and stated a statistic with limited scientific analysis. While proceeding to throw it on the ground while speaking about how the world is actually getting colder but with no scientific backing from anyone!

In the 1980’s climate scientists predicted that a single increase of 6 degrees in global temperature by the year 2100 could have drastic consequences on the way we live within the next few decades. The 6 degree scale refers to how cold or warm the climate could get over time. With 6 below being similar to a world dominated by an ice age and 6 degrees over being a world with mild wasteland desert conditions with extremely high water levels some areas of the world. Very similar to the Mesozoic era of the dinosaurs, but this time without any big forests.

It is best said in the documentary, “6 Degrees Could Change The World.” 1 degree would cause minor global problems but with increased sea level and very mild changes in ocean ecology. Such as slow global coral bleaching that happens when very temperature sensitive corals begin to expel the algae they utilize to get food known as “Zooxanthellae.” With nearly 60 million species living in the world's coral reefs with an estimated 9 million left to be discovered. That could mean a total collapse of many marine ecosystems as well as souring carbon levels in the oceans causing global warming to escalate. Pacific and Indian Ocean nations would suffer both economically and agriculturally as many such as Australia depend on tourism and fish for a boost putting. thousands out of jobs and millions out of food. At 2 degrees global glaciers would begin to retreat and ocean levels rise drowning most developing coastal cities and making pacific islands completely uninhabitable. Hurricanes big enough to rival hurricane Katrina back in August of 2005 could begin to be a more common occurrence as ocean and air currents are correlated to the earth climate temperature. Luckily today we mark between 1.3 to 1.7 degrees above normal. There is still time before 2 degrees above normal and still have time to change, but change will have to happen on an international scale within less than 10 years.

Many other side affects beyond 2 to 3 degrees is incomprehensible since multiple factors such as the calapse of ecosystems, agricultural failure, mass migration, loss of magnetic navigation for many migrating species, invasive species, political upheaval, and various population issues would destablelize our ability to fix the issues present. The calapse of the amazon rainforest containing nearly  40% of Earths species and producing nearly 20% of the worlds oxígen supply at 3 degrees above. Could also cause massive issues for all living things on earth.
