🧶 Cow hitch increase

Unlike all other single-stitch increases I know, this one is perfectly symmetrical. I’ve been seeing it a lot in my feed lately, so I thought I’d share it. Haven’t tried it yet in a project though.

It mimics the structure of a cow hitch knot - hence the name.

reading tbob and they are making me INSANE what do you mean straight man with a loving wife and family spends hours making a perfect replica of his "lab partners" house in a cute little snowglobe, knits him six fingered gloves because he knows said lab partner has trouble finding things that fit him, and then this same man, thoughtful as can be, his love language is literally probably gift giving considering how often he does it with ford...... forgets to buy his wife a christmas present...? oh. my god im sick of them. and then IMMEDIATELY he runs back to ford and gives him a hug i cant deal with them actually. and then they spend HOURS talking about the past and MAKE SNOWMEN OF EACHOTHER IM SICK!!!!!!!!!! THEYRE SO IN LOVE IHATE THEM

just. the implication of him having spent so much time and energy trying to give ford a perfect present that he forgets to buy one for HIS WIFE why dont you just kill me now alex hirsch i KNOW what yoi were trying to do.

also yes ford is holding the entire pot of coffee i started off with jjst a cup and tjen i realized that was not enough
