This theme is named Egoist and was partly inspired by the American TV series Suits (hence the title!) as well as the Japanese animation series Psycho Pass. This theme was made in conjunction with the #NoJSChallenge and like the name implies, it was made with only HTML and CSS.
I am not a god, but the following features were made without scripts in this theme:

Han Kyul told me not to work at the coffee shop anymore. But I don’t want to give up my job there. Because… I need the money – that’s an excuse… I love coffee too much – that’s an excuse too.
