Hi, it’s been a while. Been busy, as always, or more like keeping busy as I’d been falling behind on some targets I’d set. But! We’re back on track now, I believe. I’ll keep this little thing updated, I’m sure.

Been a bit busy as of late. Had some small (or not very ‘small’) functions to be at. Still, had a wonderful time connecting with people. Nice change, really.

Never been someone to write out in public, but as I’ve been doing a touch of travelling around it seemed necessary. Been a nice change of pace for this week, really.

Spent most of today in my home office. Couldn’t really enjoy as much of the sun as I wish I could’ve, but work comes above all else sometimes. Doesn’t excuse how unbelievably warm it was in there, though, no matter how much I kept the windows cracked open.

I’d hardly say that reading my memoir would be.. Disinteresting, but who am I to judge someone’s taste in reading?

But, I’ll be more than happy to indulge the crowd. It would be cruel if I didn’t.

Aside from the given of my name, let’s get started.

I am 35 (36 on August 4th), and currently living in Soho. Aside from having a memoir under my name I do in fact also have a candidacy to run (which is doing incredibly well no matter how much it often does my head in!).

Aside from going to Oxford and finding myself with some of the most elite members of British society — it’s not like life has been particularly easy. Though I’m quite glad I built myself up to where I am today. It’s a blessing, really.

Is there much else? I sport Spurs, massive fan. I volunteer at the local children’s hospital when I can, which is quite often. I believe that’s.. All that would make me particularly interesting.

Englands been nice enough to bless us with some sun for the past few days. What a miracle.

Got a good jog in this morning too in Regent’s park, while it was still cool enough. Got my time down to 9 minutes and 24 seconds per mile. Getting that time down slowly but surely.

And! as Tottenham is on now, I’ve got a nice bottle of lager to get me through the match.

As today was a ‘self declared’ day off (as if those necessarily exist in my own books with the voluntary work I do outside the campaign), I had some time to write. More than usual, anyway. Not that it was particularly anything worth while, more mundane ideas right now.

Though, I did get round to listening to some more of The 1975. Which had been a nice change to the clamour I often hear.
