I'm so TIRED. I need to do like two 20 minutes walks carrying my shit to my new apartment because it's too Close to use a cab or an Uber and I rather walk that spend money mindlessly but I need to do that before my work where I have to run and play with dogs but yesterday it was so cold outside my body now feels like I lifted a 20 kilos dumbbells with my ears and I ran like two hours because a pomeranian had the energy of a chipmunk on crack
I have been awake for half of an hour and I feel Tired and like I didn't sleep at all
#not me wishing and thinking in trying to trigger a hypomanic episode because id have energy that way#but that comes with no sleeping for days and then feeling waaay worse and it's actually hard to trigger one#it's not something you choSE BUT OKAY#i have modafinil in case of an emergency that my psychiatrist gave me in cases where im on the edge of narcolepsy#so im gonna take one because i do feel like im gonna pass out any moment#sighs im so tired and sleepy
