Mary Sue & Gareth went on a movie date and watched "Somber Bloomings". Gareth was overjoyed being with Mary Sue. He went on to confess his feelings and asked her if she's willing to give love another try.

Mary Sue admitted that she's afraid to fall in love again but she's willing to give love another chance since she feels that Gareth is sincere towards her.

The pair shared a passionate kiss and a warm embrace to cap off the romantic evening 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻💕

Mary Sue called Cassandra to ask for advice about matters of the heart.

Mary Sue is torn if she will give love another try.

Cassandra advised Mary Sue that although they experienced betrayal in the past, love is still a wonderful experience. She told Mary Sue to follow her heart's desire as long as it will make her happy and she's not stepping in with someone else's relationship.

Mary Sue immediately called Gareth as soon as she got back home to tell him that she's (finally) willing to go out on a date with him.

A confrontation between Nina and Althea erupted. Nina felt embarrassed when Althea was caught by the police loitering late at night. Althea blamed her mom for her misbehavior because she feels neglected. Nina refused to listen to her daughter's sentiments... she's still mad and decided to ground Althea.

The trio also enjoys playtime after meal.

Dina is still mourning at Jeffrey's grave when Lady suddenly appears.

**My NRASS Story Progression isn't Dina's best friend because Jeffrey's inheritance went to Lady (my NRASS SP Inheritance is set to "Random"). Same thing happened when Mortimer passed away, his inheritance went to Alexander... #PoorDina

Lady wants Dina to vacate the mansion. Dina refuses because she's the one whose been with Jeffrey until his untimely demise.

Lady asserts her authority as she claims that she's the rightful owner of the mansion because she's still Jeffrey's wife.

Dina said she isn't afraid of Lady and she's willing to take this matter to court (thanks to the mazing mod by @phoebejaysims).

Ohhhh things are about to get more exciting!

After her heated encounter with Lady, Dina rushed home to gussy up. She's planning to seduce Jeffrey so she can convince him to become a partner at the Doo Peas Corporate Towers; that way, she can "overpower" Lady at work.

Things are going as planned, until...

Jeffrey was suddenly engulfed in flames 🔥

The Grim suddenly appears to collect Jeffrey's soul and left Dina in despair 🪦

It's already autumn in Pleasantview but the tension between Lady and Dina is hotter than the heat of summer.

They can't stand the sight of each other whenever their paths crossed.

Lady hates Dina because she's already living with Jeffrey. She's enraged with the thought that Dina is the one whose spending Jeffrey's fortune instead of her. Dina on the other hand, despises Lady because she doesn't want to divorce Jeffrey. It's not Jeffrey's love that they're after, it's his fortune 💵💰🪙

Well, they really can't avoid each other now because Lady is Dina's corporate boss!

I know, it doesn't look good to see women being up against each other but these drama queens will not stop until one gets the upper hand and upstages the other. Imagine the drama that these ladies are serving everyday 😅
