Reference Sheet - Hada

Next up, our main man, Hada of Korvaithyes! I promise you guys I'll get some real lore up eventually.

Hada is a Briasor Theoric. Theoric is the breed of dragon while Briasor is the race. Theorics are the only breed with distinct races due to the militant dictatorship of Korvaithyes, although there aren't many overall differences and the separation is primarily semantic (the ruler of Korvaithyes refusing to associate with outside Theoric)

Hada is part of the High Guard, very recently transferred to the Captial after many years along the kingdom's outskirts. He is also a widower, having lost his wife two years ago in mysterious circumstances, and still has yet to "move on." His marriage was not recognized by the kingdom of Korvaithyes and he has received increasing pressure to marry "appropriately" to an approved spouse since before his marriage.

Reference Sheet - Cafeld Argate

Here's the first reference sheet of the blog, belonging to Argate of Muviaves. Pardon the zero-context lore dump. I'm working in patches.

Cafeld Argate is the newly ordained leader of the Kochite Theocracy of Muviaves deep in Pinnodore's southern forests. She is nineteen, which is considered an older young adult (mid-to-late-20s?) and 12 Talons tall.

Muviaves selects a new leader when the current leader and their spouse grow close to their elder years. This is so the couple can pour wisdom, encouragement, and the light of Pinnodore into the new ruler for some time until their deaths. One leader is selected, but their spouse (husband for a female and wife for a male] is considered an equal half to them; splitting the power. The leader is selected by the highest circle of priests, inclusive of the leader pair, from all of Muviaves' faithful.

Argate is solemnly responsible for guarding the location of the Steps to Heaven, a Muviaves secret since the death of Shanandoah and the Angelic tribe 500 years ago, as well as the annual pilgrimage of Pinnodore's followers to Muviaves to remember those who gave their lives resisting the Conqueror King in the name of Pinnodore: the Eternal King of Souls. She is still new, all things considered, with a tendency to make mistakes… but she is doing her best to maximize the learning and minimize the making.

When she was younger, Argate struggled with an eating disorder. She eventually found healing when High Guardress Poisondart came alongside her during the difficult time, although she still has a much smaller size and a tendency to remain secluded during mealtimes.

Welcome to Ekiathyes!

Hello! My name is @sunset-peril, and I'm the creator of Ekiathyes.

Ekiathyes is my dragon-based series. It follows High Guard Hada of the nation of Korvaithyes as he searches for answers regarding his wife's sudden disappearance two years ago. As he does so, he must also struggle with the suspicion in his Queen and Country that has developed following the capture of an amnesiac belonging to a species believed to have gone extinct 500 years before. His search takes him far from home, into not just his wife's kingdom of origin, but deep into the vast and colorful world of Pinnodore. In each kingdom lie lessons of love, life, faith, and grief as Hada searches for answers to the past and hope for the future. Or, that's the plan, at least.

Ekiathyes is, as a concept, about as old as Hyrule's Final Stand. However, due to scrapping and redoing stuff over and over again, most of it is only about a year old. It is mainly world-building, playlists, and vague outlines for now.

Here's a little information about the world as a whole: (at least until I set up a masterlist of information)

The planet is called Pinnodore. As it is believed only one continent exists on this planet, said continent is also called Pinnodore for simplicity (however in historical documents, it has a different name)

The planet is named after the Eternal King of Souls, Pinnodore. This was done by an ancient theocracy called Iriathyes so that every wonder attributed to nature would also be attributed to this Most High God. Iriathyes no longer exists.

In legend and many a bedtime story, a second continent exists known only as the Ascended Beyond. Here lived righteous heroes with wings like angels: said to carry Pinnodore's divine rage in their breath and His mercy with their wings; correcting injustice and blasphemy.

There are five breeds of dragon, one extinct, and six kingdoms including Iriathyes. Two bear ties to Iriathyes' name, and one to its purpose.
