This idea comes from my experience when I bought train ticket through KAI Access app. As an end-user, I wasn’t comfortable with the design of the booking payment page. The main problem is the design itself has too many buttons that are confusing me—as the user. So, I’m trying to redesign the app to be simpler and convenient.⁣⁣
