"Oh it's you, the one who wanted to give his friend the outfit, how did she like it?" she asked.

"Yeah plus I mean you can't really do much while you're waiting for your laundry to be done - I mean you could peek on your phone, but you also gotta keep an eye on things, make sure no one would steal your laundry," Odd as it may have sounded, there were actually laundry thieves out there - time and experience had taught him to keep a watchful eye out for those.

"Man, sure seems like it's getting windier and windier these days, yeah...?" He asks, instinctively pulling his hoodie closer. "Sometimes it feels like this wind could just knock you over...!"

"Tempura definitely is fantastic? This place does make it well - the breading is crisp and amazing, so good...!" Ramen was his one true passion but he could really go on and on about any food he liked - karaage, tempura, even sushi. With all of this talk of tempura shrimp, he raised his hand and eagerly placed an order for himself - it had been a while since he'd had some, anyway!

With that taken care of, he happily drummed on the table with his hands.

"Heh, isn't it? I've always liked coming here - even back when I was on the track team with my teammates, nothing was better than filling up with some ramen after a grueling exercise," He smiles fondly at the memory - even if those days were behind him, he still kept going to this place even if he didn't have any teammates with him now - and besides, he did get to introduce someone else to this place - which was always nice. "D'you have a place like this, too? Y'know, someplace special whether it's 'cause of the food or 'cause you go there a lot with your friends?"

"Heh, no problem! Ramen is definitely prime comfort food in my opinion!" His own biases aside, ramen really was the perfect meal for almost any occasion - warm and hearty, would satiate you and keep you satisfied. Plus the best part was that you didn't even need to stick with pork - there was seafood ramen, vegetable ramen, miso ramen. He could go on and on about the different types of ramen, that's how much of a fanatic he was!

"Hm, some appetizers...?" He hadn't even thought about that but now that he did, his mind was racing - miso soup was the first thing that came to mind but given that ramen already had a lot of broth with it, it could be a bit much...! "I'd say my personal favorites are probably pork buns or tempura shrimp but I think you should stick with whatever sounds good to you! If it's one of your faves, you can't go wrong then, yeah...?!"
