Flash’s animal transformation comes in the form of a massive electric dragon—perhaps a boon to compensate for his tiny stature—but while Brightside’s technology advanced as a planet on the whole, their information as far as animals are concerned is a bit more limited if they are not “preparable”.

Due to this, though the dragon should be known as simply that, Flash only knows it as a “flying lizard” and he is very content with that even though it’s not quite right.

(And yes, snakes are wingless lizards.)

I think I may give the Bulbhead race animal transformations—electric themed animal transformations.

I do love me some animal transformations!

Like, someone in Bulbhead would be an electric rat and another … a flying eel … or an electric snake… or a Dragon.

They’re already shapeshifters as a whole, so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility!

So...the house I'm currently living in has some issues.

I'm living with my parents currently because I help them out with groceries, pet expenses, etc. while I work two jobs. Recently though our lights and power have been shutting off and on randomly, oftentimes leaving us without lights and power for hours at a time. It's become a gamble for us to decide when to cook or do laundry.

We found out it's most likely an issue with the breaker box. Worst case scenario, it might be ALL of the wiring in our house. And for both, we don't have the money to fix it. It's a small house, and an old house, so I don't know exactly how much it would cost to get a new breaker and/or rewire the house, but... money's tight.

“Sparky?!” Flash glanced away, briefly rubbing at the bridge of his nose as he attempted to hide a sunny smile. Damnit! That was a good one!

If Flash were to be honest, he had never seen anything like the large stranger before him, but just seeing their incredibly bright form made the alien want to be flashier too! And what's more was that they had their name!

"THE WATTS ARE OFF THE CHARTS!" Flash exclaimed, jumping for joy as such an awesome form. "And you're only just now trying it out?! It's chock full of power! But... what's a 'Kami'?"

The system within his shades couldn't find any information to display on Chiasa.

On the subject of Flash's "Lightning Rod", they have a pure white horn that they can call upon--which then protrudes from their forehead with a flash of electricity--which can easily attract lightning during storms. This can not only give him a massive power boost, but also immediately energize them !

When Flash has assumed their more human-like form which is the usual form that they take unless they're in Current Mode, Flash has gold encrusted shoulders [ visual reference to be available ] and nails due to the fact that gold is the superior conductor of electricity. It helps Flash control natural lightning and electricity more easily.

And here's an initial design of what Flash looks like ... just much more flashily! All Bulbheads can take on this pure energy form--though it is still very much uncertain if this form came first or if the more human form came first! In this form, it's impossible not to have some reaction when they interacting with others, and so, when they touch others in this form, the tingling sensations are stronger, but are not outright shocking unless he's VERY excited and even then, it'd be fairly light! Get them angry though? Oh, you're in for a world of PAIN.

"You better!"

Flash was grinning, unable to help it as he eyed the blonde with a curious expression which was beginning to morph into something a little more mischievous.

"If that was all you had, I swear, the light would have just left my eyes... So! Watt's there to get into around here, huh?"

Butch beams proudly when the other seems to find it just as funny as he had.

"Heh--ya like that one, huh? I got plenty more where that came from~"

"Lover's shake?" Flash echoed, tilting his head a bit as his hand came to rest just underneath his chin as he took a moment to think it over; one brow had raised higher than the other, too. "Well--I don't have a lover right now, so I guess that's off the table. Maybe next time! Watt else ya got?" It seemed that he hadn't even thought to think of the contents at all.

Flash couldn't help drooling a little as his eyes feasted on what the other was having. If it was good for them, they sure as hell could stomach a plate of it too!

"Whoa! That looks good! Guess I'll have that too! What're we drinking with this?"

Ugh, this is just an expression change, but omg these came out so CUTE.

Flash’s touch when he’s in his more human-looking form, leaves behind a soft tingling when coming into contact with others be it humans, animals, or otherwise.

It doesn’t matter if it’s his hands, feet, or lips—any skin to skin contact will tingle.

However, if he’s too excited, he will give the person he comes into contact with while excited a brief little shock, so watch out!

He was hiding again--with a cloak to keep his stranger features out of side immediately--yet he couldn't help but peek out, again, at the blue haired human who was, just, dressed so prettily today. He'd seen these colors--along with bright reds--around, so perhaps there was something going on this day.

"You look nice!" he hollered to her in a slightly distorted voice, mishappen helmet peeking up just a bit which unintentionally gave away his position behind the wide tree. He needed to keep his distance just in case she was hostile, but she was so pretty... She couldn't be!! Or ... maybe she could?

She's braided her hair and woven wildflowers of soft pinks and whites into her soft blue locks. Her gown is a soft, pastel pink, patterned with flowers that match the ones in her hair.

She's got to look nice for the holiday!

The funny looking little guy with the bulb-shaped helmet walked over--she didn't seem hostile, so for now, it should be safe--and moved to inspect what looked like a working artifact to Flash.

WOW!

"AN ARTIFACT?!" the Bulb shouted in his excitement, shining brightly as his voice crackled due to his rising emotions. Turning to the human--not many of them to be found in space, but they'd been around--he really did look so incredibly excited. "It's usually working, right??! Yes!! Yes, it does look like a car, doesn't it?! Don't have these versions back in Brightside, buuut--!!"

He needed to slow down! He was talking fast, gesturing, and lit up like a Christmas tree seeing as his yellow shine was now multicolored and wavy in shape.

With Hat cheering him on, he was feeling pretty damn invincible! Now, he didn't know where his new friend had gotten off too--he couldn't have left him on his own, already, right?--but every finished drink had him soaring higher and higher!

In fact, he was sure that he'd SMASHED through his limit and was now in UNCHARTED TERRITORY, but he wasn't a SPACEMAN for nothing--just like SPACEMAN X!

Well on his way to taking on yet another drink, Hat's hand was reaching for his ... glass and ... noooo ! Not yet! Voice clearing distorted from the amount of alcoholic energy he'd absorbed, the flush on his fair cheeks was high.

"Ohm fine, ohm fine, ohm fine...! Aw come on, Hat ... ! Aw..."

Goodbye liquid gold with its sparking aftertaste... He'd only barely begun to feel a tingle on his tastebuds!! For a moment longer he languished over the downed drink--not by him, but by this new guy, Hat!! However, his eyes lit up as Hat continued to speak.

"Ya know ... ya sound an awful lot like, like my new friend, Hat. Think he'll show if--if, if, we take the party ... b--back to my ... my ship? C - come on ... !"

With a big, drunken smile, no sooner had Flash stood up did he began to tip ... right ... over.
