New album out on August 28th

Friends of Victorian popular music, we are proud to announce that our new album will be released on 28 August. In advance you can listen to the single of ‘Puschen’ (with video) on August 1st.

What a year. Beyond the on and off relationship with @franzliszt-official, the on and off relationship with Drosselmeyer's own band and the on and off relationship with our own creative work, we have finally got our act together.

We're currently working on two new videos, are already working on the next album and so….also, we're still alive ;)...which is....a good thing...!

Ah, here we are again. It feels good somehow. Tumblr has already become a bit of a home base for us. And although we have completely dedicated our souls and bodies to @franzliszt-official (especially our bodies. Damn.), we also have to do something for @chopinski-official. After all, we haven't been particularly nice to him in the past (I mean, the Horus thing and all. We had taken off his little hands in the meantime...) But he calls for the birthday and name day celebrations and we are happy to deliver. There you go, Fluttershy.

And unfortunately we are boring this time and are simply releasing an original version of an album song: ‘Du magst Chopin’.

The origin of this song is both my hatred of ‘I like Chopin’ by Gazebo and a memory of my ex-boyfriend who made all those beautiful chip-chip mixtapes for me, but was unfortunately far too similar to his idol (If you will ever read this, J., my piano doe: In memory, your George Sand ;))
