For a moment, the Mimikyu is silent. The scenery, the creature before her. It was all too perfect. Too pure. It was everything. The comments and praise fell on deaf ears.

“It’s... not fair... It’s not fair... It’s not fair...!”

The Judge shook her head, trying to fight back the tears forming on her eyelids. There were so many feelings brewing inside her. She continued her mantra, unfettered, unstable, hiking up higher and higher in pitch.

“It’s not fair it’s not fair it’s not fair!”

“But it’s not! They’ve done nothing but be fun and nice and supportive to me!

“That’s why I’m so insistent on quantity, because quality definitely isn’t a problem. It can’t be a problem. It’s either that I’m going at it the wrong way with friendship, or evolving by friendship actually means something else, or…”

“Or there really is something wrong with me.”

“B-but I don’t like to think about that last one, so I think I’ll keep going with the ‘need more friends’ theory until I find something better…”

I think it’s safe to say that I’m not sure when I will get to this blog again in the future. I would really like to continue it but I’m just stuck and not really focused on it anymore! Trying to push out my big update for a whole year really made me lost interest so I’m going to say that I just don’t know when I’ll update next

However that’s not to say I’m still not posting elsewhere!

cloudinbottle is my new askblog I started a few months ago featuring my Castform Hermes and it’s been really fun to update!

I think a big reason why I’m struggling to update this blog (and timepetal) is because I definitely messed up story wise. Zemo’s death was really vague and confusing and well short and I just was not doing well story wise and I haven’t figured out how to continue

However I’m still willing to send out asks! So this will double as an ask call!

If you’d like Proto, Ire, Glase, Ville or Sprout to send you an ask please let me know by sending me a DM or replying/reblogging this! I may forget about it occasionally and check in later on but I’ll try my best to send them out

So for now I’m putting this blog on an kind of official hiatus. Again I can and will send out asks but I’m really unsure where to go from here. For now please enjoy my other askblog with Hermes, I’m very excited to show you guys more of that!

Reunite: Part 2

“I’m sorry!” The young Jolteon’s voice crackled with sorrow and soft electricity. Tears filled their eyes as they shook where they stood, attempting to keep their voice low enough to respect the slumber of their teammates nearby. However, they could only bear it so much. “Sprout, I was such an awfully shitty friend towards you when I was younger. I should have played with you, I should have listened to you. I was just so terrible! I don’t deserve you even now where- where I am! Standing!” Their voice cracks as they choke down their cries. Was it out of pride of true despair?

“I should have been better for you, better to you but I wasn’t! I was selfish and it hurt you and I was just so. I shouldn’t have done any of that I’m-“

Their words were laid to rest with a simple touch of the shoulder. The Marshtomp had slowly been approaching. Sprout was so nervous before, worried about how Proto would react and feel. But that was already washing and ebbing away with each shaky word that ran out of the electric type’s mouth.

He kneeled down, flipper not moving, not eye contact. As he leveled himself with his old friend. He was breathless for a few moments, his mind foggy, tears running down his own eyes. Sprout had always been so sensitive, teased for being a baby when he was little, even when he was little. But he was simply so much stronger now, he could do this.

He looked up at Proto, silent for a few more moments as the night air swept through their lungs. There was a gentle smile, “It’s okay Proto. I’m sorry too, I wasn’t exactly perfect either.” He ended up nervous chuckling, before leaning in and wrapping himself around the jolteon. “God we were both so stupid huh, didn’t know how good we had it?”

A hammer swung into Proto as they suddenly burst into tears, and then into laughter and then into tears again. They pushed themselves into the weight and body of their marsh friend as they attempted to steady themselves back into reality. Their breath was still so wracked and filled with pure emotion, something they would never expose of themselves to anyone else. “Haha, yesh we sure were. But I was more of a dumbass than you were.”

The two slowly settled down, into each other under the star scattered sky. Ville watched onward, before going back to scanning the area. The two friends murdered under the moon.

They had a lot to catch up on.
