Although I have very much not given this new blog the attention it deserves due to real life stuff, I would like to show it off once more as I continue to add to it.

Regardless of the lack of things actually on the new blog, I am 100% open to chats, plotting and RP, so feel free to jump in!

In light of a great many things, I have decided to move this sideblog to it's own main blog! The main blog is the exact same url I've had, to make it easier for people.

RP, asks and the like will continue without disruption during this move, so if you want to shout at me or interact, you are more than welcome to do so on either blog!

When I'm done, I'll probably try and set up some redirect, or leave this blog up for reference.

Thank you! I tried not to put over thought into them, and I kind of let them come naturally, so they fit a little bit better. Locke was created whilst I was just clicking on random bits and pieces and thought "there might be something in this"

As for what program - which also ties into their stories - I use the game XCOM 2, with the War of the Chosen DLC and a number of mods, including the [WOTC] Star Wars Galactic Republic Armory series of mods.

The stories come from me editing certain troops to get them to look nice, and then seeing how their performance in game was. Hatchet became just as deadly with his blaster as he was life saving with his medkit, cutting down squads without support, whilst utilising his above average mobility to either flank or dash to his downed brothers.

Shark ended up with a "100% chance to hit, 121% chance to crit" in his prime, and there are a number of others I have yet to post as well.

Quick note, but I will be moving my blog to a main blog at some point in the near future. RPs and starters and allllll the like will still happen on this blog, so there will be no disruption in the limited activity that occurs.

Hopefully things will be much better, as well.

CT-7041, known as "Hatchet" came to light when he pushed a CIS outpost singlehandedly. Although a medic, he has often shown a tactical awareness far above that of an average trooper. Light on his feet and deadly in close quarters engagement, Hatchet has proven himself in both the life saving treatment of his Brothers, and the destruction of the enemy.

ARC-1492, known as Locke, was an AT-TE Gunner prior to his ARC retraining. His AT-TE was immobilised and the main gun disabled. 1492 proceeded to fix the damaged leg under enemy fire, before joining the infantry in the assault on the Seperatist stronghold. Thanks to his actions, the AT-TE managed to withdraw with a number of wounded.

If there was anything Shark loved that wasn't taking down a Clanker at ranges even he doubted, it was a photoshoot. He quite enjoyed the attention, and would happily take a moment for a good shot.

ARC-6221, known as 'Shark' is an ARC Trooper in the 985th Battalion. Commonly being deployed on the Justicia alongside CC-3232, he is the Battalion's best shot.

Although he has often complained about reassignment of the 985th to Fleet Security, he has gotten stuck in with tactical advice and drills, working closely with the regs of the Republic Navy stationed on the Justicia.

After the battle of Jakku and the Galactic Concordance, the future was quite uncertain. Even though Captain Tarunt was quite glad to see the end of yet another war, but as the New Republic stood down from its war footing, their eyes turned to those who had served the Empire.

Unfortunately for the Captain, the multiple redacted entries in her service record, the transport of sensitive materials to what would become the Death Star I and the near stellar record of her Victory Class Star Destroyer throughout the Clone Wars and all the way until shortly after Alderaan . . She was not looked at it a positive light. Of course, why would she be? She knew it before she had even defected - she might've been a damn fine Officer, but she was no good as a Rebel.

The trail that proceeded were weighted against her, but she had to suppose she got off light. Grounded. Discharged and forbidden from joining any sort of 'confrontational armed group', with a black mark on her records so anyone who bothered to check would know who she was.

An Imperial.

Never mind her defection.

And so, there she was, now nothing more than a Civilian. Quick action had allowed her to requisition a Sentinel Class Shuttle - now with certain wing details painted in a light purple to seperate it from the Imperial remnants - so she wasn't completely out, and she still had her rather generous Officer's salary, saved over the decades.

A pitstop later as she refuelled and purchased consumables to keep her going, she honestly hadn't expected to be approached by anyone not looking for trouble, least of all someone hoping to hire.

She looked at the figure carefully, her first thought was to just decline her and send her on her way. Surely, this would only lead to trouble? As she thought about it though, she finally recognised the armoured figure as a Mandalorian. A people now scattered thanks to the Great Purge of Mandalore. Even though the former Captain had no part in it, she couldn't blindly ignore the fact she served the Empire who committed it.

"Maybe." She responded, likewise in Huttese. It was rusty, but she knew enough to mostly get by. "Where to? And . . . How much?"

The armorer had not thought herself set in her ways, but it was only when standing in an unfamiliar spaceport did she realize… she hadn’t actually left Nevarro since the covert settled there after the Purge. She had not traveled alone in any capacity since long before that.

You’ve gone soft and lazy, old striil, she thought, towing the repulsor sledge loaded with several crates.  Several fortunes in innocuous duraplast trappings. The armorer felt the weight, both in beskar ingots and in guilty concience –  she’d gown far too content to let younger warriors do for her while she sat warm by her forge-fire.

She drew attention, of course. Even a drab cloak could not conceal the golden helm entirely, but she was no coward, to hide what she was for the convenience of arueteii.  She had forged herself brand new bes’kade from the plates of her fallen brethren. The swords she had wielded when she was young were long gone, given to promising ge’verde whose promise itself had been cut short.  Ni su'cuyi, gar kyr'adyc, ni partayli, gar darasuum.  The list went on and on, names she might have reasonably expected to bury her.

“Is this vessel for hire?” she asked in stiff Huttese, more often spoken than Basic in these parts.

I am honestly considering moving this blog to it's own main.

It is the only one I am actually (somewhat) active on, and even though it is not Elena's origin (She was originally made with Warhammer 40k in mind), it is by far the one she best fits in.

From there, I could do basic sideblogs for important characters, such as CC-3232, and Lady Vahlen, who is often in the background of many things.

It would also allow me to start fresh and move what I consider 'canon' for Elena over to it. It also allows me to follow, like and comment on things with absolutely no confusion.

But, at the same time, I have so much here.

And i'm not THAT active.

I've got plenty of ideas I'm forming for Elena and the Justicia, but not much in the writing power.

Open Starter

“Attention. Due to hostile weather conditions, all shuttles have been cancelled until further notice. Remain safe, and do not go outside, unless absolutely necessary.” The worst news a Naval Officer could really get when planetside, now stranded from her ship and alone. She had been to a meeting, one which she felt went rather well, but she had ordered the Justicia to continue patrols around the sector, resulting in her being the last to leave as her ship came back for her. Of course, the flight would be cancelled mere moments before it was due.

She had sat down, sipping at her tea as she watched the small crowds go by, considering her options. Thankfully, the place wasn’t too crowded, and many people seemed quite . . Used to this circumstance.

After being assigned to the Justicia, it was almost a turning point for the fighting forces of the 985th. More than once, the Justicia was assigned to stop the bleeding after a Seperatist attack, doing what they can to hold the droids at bay until proper reinforcements could relieve them.

She doesn't have many unspoken desires, especially ones which aren't basic, such as peace.

But one is that she wants to do what her Parents did. She wants to retire, to settle down - preferably with someone - and just . . . Stop.

Although, she does know that she will probably not have a chance to with the way the galaxy is going.
