These guys from an old closed species of mine a long while back called the 'Siollene'. They draw the power of celestial processes and act as caretakers of the heavens—overseeing the universe and its inhabitants.

You don't have to keep them in the species—I'm still debating if I'm reviving it or if I'm just enjoying sketching these guys again. If there is enough interest, I might make a small Discord server where I can build these guys and their world up again. Change the design, do what you want with them if you don't want them to be part of the species—just credit me for the initial design!

The Ahamkara-in-disguise paced the temple’s obsidian tile with frustration furrowed on its serpentine brow. A Warlock of crystalline white stood before it atop the temple podium, shadowed by pillars of towering hematie. Above, a ceiling of infinite stars hung just out of reach. There were no doors or halls, no pyres or candles or thuribles of incense, and all of the outside world rested as a foggy haze just beyond the limit of one’s imagination. 

“Why have you brought me here?” 

A pause. Inhale. Exhale.

“Do you know how long I have been searching for an escape?”

Of course I know, Arrachassath.
